Meubles JC Perreault

In mid July I went to La-z-boy at 1900 Rue Maurice Gauvin in Laval, which seems to be run by JC Perreault as that's the company I had been dealing with since I placed my order. I ordered a sofa, loveseat, coffee table and two side tables.I was told that the coffee and side tables were available in a warehouse and needed to be shipped here. The sofa and loveseat on the other hand had to be custom made and I was given to leather options. I was told that one leather was on backorder and would take a fair bit longer, so I chose the other leather. I was given an estimate of 3-4 months for the sofa and loveseat and I think it was something like 6 weeks for the tables.In mid September, I called to find out what the status of the various parts of my order were, thinking I'd have heard something about the coffee and side-tables by that point. I was told they had only just received the leather, which was apparently also on backorder, so it was going to be after December that I'd receive the sofa and loveseat. I asked what I was supposed to do now with this delay and so I was offered a loaner sofa and there was some mention of compensation" but no indication of what that meant.Then I asked about the rest of my order

I ordered a dishwasher and was told by the delivery team that they would come back to pick up the old dishwasher. 2 months later the dishwasher was not picked up. When I contacted customer service they were very rude and did not address my concern.

do not buy jen air stove or their products spent over $6000 august 2018 installed sept 2018 and sept 2022 error code on oven cost $1400 and gets replaced in january 2023 , had to wait 4 months no stove , whirlpool pays around $550 however we are protected in quebec from scammers and after 4 yrs this is not acceptable know your laws , so edmond mara from whirlpool executive office after mise en demeure said they will reimburse everything except $149 and wont fix glass that is faulty because grease gets in and was told by technicien from begining just keep light off you wont see its dirty ( he was serious ) repair would cost about $200 so for $349 that they dont want to take care of me the client so guess what will happen i will be reimbursed the stove and court cost and 3 days of missed work , which will be way above $6000 dont ever buy jen air or deal with jc perrault who never helped with this problem even after i called them back in october 2022 , and was told that the complaint would go higher up but it never did and that i would receive a call which i never did as well , wow thats how you treat your clients !

Would not recommend, they have the worst service and products. At the price we pay the furniture we would expect higher quality and standards. Furniture broke shortly after purchasing and no initiative taken what so ever to have our couch repaired. Plus only part of our order was initially delivered and had to fight with management to get the other half of the order that we had already paid. Would not recommend with such poor service and carelessness.

Called the St-Roch location at 10 am, was greeted by a disgruntled female employee. I inquired if a certain model of sofa was available in store to come and try. Employee transferred my call twice to the sales department. She then told me someone would call me back before noon. It's 5:15 and still nocall. Luckily we were able to purchase a sofa from a competitor and it's being delivered tomorrow. Will not be buying from this store in future. Bad customer service.

Looking for special home furnitures that you cannot find in Montreal? You will have to drive up north to this JC Perreault. Super nice and huge high-end collections.Very professional and polite people working here.Must see!

The Econo side is decently helpful. The normal" side is full of useless entitled salesmen. Go to Brault & Martineau

Good service, would have been great if they had a larger selection but they specialize the high end of each brand.

I had 2 bad experiences with JC P. I bought a sectional (custom made in Quebec) last year the pillows weren’t fill enough , completely different than what we’ve seen at the store. Although their customers service is good (before you buy anything) , The “service apres vente” is TOTALLY trash they barely can help you or provide an answer… I’ve decided to give them another chance and went to another location (laval this time) Waited for the delivery of the bed that I got an entire day no call no show! … Im totally disappointed wont be going back. I expected better but I got JC Perrrault prices with Brick or Brault & Martineau services…
