Lake Louise Inn
As much as I would love to say nothing but good things, my original experience with the Lake Louise Inn was not great. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating BUT I think they need to improve on their maintenance and cleaning staff. Our first room had mold, and hair in the tub, the exhaust fan was broken, and the hair dryer was broken. On top of this the carpet was stain and you could see there was still dirt and gravel in the carpet. Something to note, their lowest tier rooms are quite small, the bedding and mattresses were worn, and there is no fridge or dresser. After talking to the front desk they offered us a second room with an upgrade. This room was much cleaner, there was more space to place out luggage, a mini fridge, a dresser and only a tiny spot of mold in the bathroom that was easily cleaned up. The mattresses and the bedding were in much better shape! The only saving grace for this place is the front desk staff. Frankly for the cost of a per night stay even the lowest tier rooms should be in better shape. I have stayed in motels that cost 1/3 of the per night stay in better condition.Notes: no rooms have air conditioning, and there is no elevator in the outside buildings, staff will help you bring up your luggage if you need help.

This is a convenient and affordable place to stay while in the Lake Louise area. The rooms are dated with modern upgrades which gives them a homey feel.Stayover service was not great - bed made poorly. Two restaurants on site provide decent choice ans although expensive the food was great! The amenities are well thought out for travelers.Laundry was expensive at $4/use but convenient after many days of camping.Breakfast buffet is excellent - choices are varied, chocolate fountains, sneeze guards, and a make your own waffle station. Fills me up enough to last the day feeling energized.Pool is warmer than average which I love and the three hot tubs prevent overcrowding. The buffet and the pool was the perfect thing after multiple days of camping and strenuous activity.Mini golf available on site and bike rentals to get around town - all complimentary.

I was overall very pleased with my stay here. The staff were definitely the sweetest. Addressed my concerns with a smile on their face and were very quick to find solutions. They were very helpful too. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good too. Only thing is Cleanliness of the hotel could better but When I addressed my concern in regards to the cleanliness they quickly offered cleaning service for my room so I was very happy with that. I deff would recommend this place for its price point, delicious food and their amazing staff!

This place is a cozy little space within the woods and a few minutes away from Lake Louise. The rooms a bit too small and the floors don't have elevators, so pack light when you go here. But the view is outstanding and the food at the restaurant and pub are outstanding, especially their breakfast buffet.

This is an amazing place! I stayed in their Junior Suite, and it was nicely remodeled. The kitchen was well equipped, and room had nice view! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The only downside is that they do not have AC and it gets hot in summer. They provide fan but it doesn't help much. But I would definitely stay here again. This place deserves better than 4 rating on Google!

Not recommended. Our room was freezing, we had a hard time falling asleep.Room warmed by morning. No heat in the bathroom. We stayed in building 4. I am a senior and did not realize I would have to carry my luggage up several stairs, which looked like they had not been vacuumed in YEARS.I would NOT recommend.Dining was also bad at the inn.

First positives, both the restaurants on the property were good. Though understaffed. Mini golf was fun and pool looked cool. However, the overpriced room ( over $500 per night) was in a very poor condition. Small, untidy room and equally small bathrooms. Carpet seems like it hasn't been cleaned for years.Management definitely needs to invest money in room upgrades. In short, We will not recommend this to friends.

Great location, lots of activities (mini golf, bonfire, pool & hot tub, free bike rental), but the rooms are dated ... ours had a funky smell and we had to wait 10 minutes for hot water to come out of the shower head. No elevators for luggage but the staff can come out to help you if you need it.Very friendly front desk staff, great service.
