I honestly felt like I was getting help from a friend. I left with some wisdom, knowledge, and confidence in myself that I have a direction with regards to my car problems. I like Lordco Auto because I am dealing with a proper parts person. I get the right part the first time and I don't have to wait for days for a delivery.The parts person can answer most questions. Reasonable prices and I support local jobs.

There was a kid named Jordan who went above and beyond to find us a part to rig together and fix a transmission issue. He needs a huge raise and is an amazing person to work there. Thank you so much buddy, you changed our whole trip by spending the time finding that part. We owe you BIG. Seriously Lordco, give this kid a raise.

I broke down in the middle of a trip from Fort St.Johns to Oliver in the parking lot of this Lordco. The staff were so helpful, even though the part I needed was not available, they helped me get my truck going enough to make it home. The staff went above and beyond by lending me tools, coming out and having a look, and just being pleasant, and fun to deal with. Very grateful to all of you!
