Broke down near Beaverlodge, Alberta, called Cassity's from a referral. They were 3 miles (5km) away. Less than 30 minutes later, Will showed up, found our water pump locked up, causing the belt to shred and cut a wire harness. He repaired the harness, Cassity's ordered a belt and water pump. Will was already working on the coach by 7am the next morning. Everything was repaired by 2pm and we went to the shop and paid a very reasonable price and were on the road again. Extremely satisfied with Cassity's service.
