ETN Travels

I have very bad experience with ETN travels. I recommend all please don’t book your ticket with ETN travels. They provided me very bad customer service. I had eye surgery three weeks ago and doctor recommended me bed rest at-least a month. My brother requesting them from last 2 weeks for ticket extension. We sent them doctor’s note. But these guys can’t understand someone’s condition. They make their own polices.

One of the best vacation I had in Maldives. We booked a 4 night 5 days all inclusive package through ETN travels. Sanjana Arora who was helping us from start to finish. She helped us lot in finalizing hard rock hotel. She answered all our questions. That hotel is amazing and one of the best property in Maldives to stay. We enjoyed a lot and all thanks to her. Worst experience with ETN.. I requested to extend my ticket but their response was it non changeable and non refundable. Their only suggestion was buying whole new return ticket.. clearly scamming people. Please stay away from these frauds

I got the best customer experience buying tickets for myself and my parents and my relatives from Nagma verma at ETN Travels.she was very patient and ensured that I get the best value for my money when I had to buy the ticket for my parents. Horrible service. Not helpful at all. Once they take your money Goodluck reaching for help. My senior mother was stranded in transit for 2 days and the lady on the phone wanted to go home than help me over the phone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY..!!I requested them to add a child who is a minor onto the existing ticket booked through them but due to less commission on this they kept us waiting for several days making excuses. We told them we are in a urgent situation that my mom is departing soon from Canada and she decided to take her grandson along with her. Even after explaining the situation to Navdeep(one of the agents), he took minimal interest in modifying the booking.They kept diverting us to different airlines(Delta, KLM, Westjet) all of them had long waiting times.Their unprofessional behaviour spoiled our whole long weekend. Finally when we pushed them, then they asked extremely high fees of USD 250 plus airline fees just to add child onto the existing ticket itinerary. We again called the airline and came to know that we only needed to pay $65 tax to add a minor child.We used to book a lot of tickets through them but not ANYMORE..!!BE AWARE OF THESE CROOKS…!!!!

Lavneet helped us book our first cruise to Aruba and other Caribbean islands. I found her to be extremely knowledgable and helpful. I like to travel a lot with my family and it is very nice to deal with such experienced travel experts. Very bad service. Ask for vacation packages she told me they will give me a call back in 5min but I didn't get any call .After 3hrs when I called them again she was very rude to me. She said why you called we are busy we have only one person .Don't call we will give you a call when we have time and till evening I didn't receive any call.
