Wow, BouClair has massively changed since I last went there and they sold fabric. Black out curtains saved us $800 vs custom and they work great. Give them a try.

Nikki is an absolute sweetheart. My mom and I visit this store often and she has been extremely helpful each time. Her customer service is always top notch. She always gives us great deals on open-box and discounted items. We highly recommend shopping at this Bouclair because of her!

Wow amazing stuff loved my experienceThe person who helped us might have been the manager she went back to the stock room a few times to get out products and used her scan gun to tell us the prices and also to try to win a gift card.. excellent service

Only one star - because 0 stars was not an option. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Have paid in full and waited based on their estimated wait time of 2-3 weeks. It’s been 2 1/2 months!!!! The product is in the store but they cannot sell the “demo”. 9Of course that particular product is out of stock everywhere and there is no update for restock. Ridiculous. Held over $500 of my money for the entire time. You can’t order with a deposit - you MUST pay in full. Also - of the 2 products ordered, one is readily available but they won’t ship a partial order. Customer service was also quite rude. I was told that the store manager has the final say at what they can do. Wow!!! I have never heard of a corporate store relationship that gives their managers such power. I will ensure that everyone I know shops at a place that has much better service levels and far more accommodating staff. Check out Structube, Urban Barn and Wayfair! They care about keeping their customers content. Stay away!!

They had their paintings on clearance so I called ahead to put a painting on hold. Then I got their and saw how many paintings were on clearance. I could have bought everything...m 70% off. 50% off. And if you spend 100 dollars you got 20% off ontop of that. The Male cashier was absolutely amazing. He was very polite and patient with me. I bought 3 huge canvases and taxes in I was still under 100. I cant thank him enough, so nice and the store was great. Lots of things to look at. Lots of money for me to spend lol. Xoxo

New to the area and was pleased to find your store not far from me. I went in on Sunday and we could not stay due to the overpowering fragrant scent throughout the store. It actually made my nose burn and husband got light headed. I did see a few sale items at the front and on our way out. When I got home I went on line and found those items and more! Today I received my order (1 day later) The Whitby store sent it through Door dash and texted to say it was on it's way. WOW pleasantly surprised it came so quickly, on check out it stated not until next week and coming C Post. Well done to the Whitby store products were nicely wrapped and bagged. The 4 Star is only because of the over powering fragrant for in store shopping.
