Horrible store to visit….no customer experience at all….wait time just to talk to soneone through the roof. Would give it a 0 star but no option.

They gave plan stating the 1000 minutes unlimited calling. After a month, my wife has got the bill of 560$. Fido customer support after waiting for an hour tells that we have to check with the store. Store says you have to check with the Fido customer care. Very disappointed with the service.

Disgusting experience. The representatives don't even look into the issue and says you need to deal online or call Fido customer care. Not sure why the store has been opened if you can't look into complaints or escalate to relevant department. Every time I visit it's out of their control or have no knowledge about it. Whether its offers, referrals or credit issues. Very bad in handling issues and takes no responsibility when there is problem with existing customers. Please understand that customer agents needs to help when he or she walks into the store with a problem and not just shoo away!

Unprofessional customer care at this store offering no support at all ( Charles) . They have major issues with billing, they rip people off once you open an account with them and store Kees sending you to customer care and vice versa till you decide to leave them and spare your nerves, money and time … avoid at any cost

These people dont know how to behave we asked the name of the employee she refused to give the name. Employee name is simran worst customer service ever.These people wanted to put a credit check just to see the deals on the phone omg .If you guys call this you’re customer service you guys need to put your things together.Worst behaviour simran !

There is a delay in fulfilling the orders. The website will show you that the pick up option is faster than the delivery. They have name it as express pick up and they claim that your order will be prepared for pick up as soon as the same day.This is my fourth day and I didn't receive any confirmation message. I have called the branch multiple times and they did not answer. The customer service team will tell you to wait.

I went here on my birthday to switch my carrier as my last one was terrible, and I was so surprised with the amazing service I received! Specifically talking about Chris, he made sure to switch me over at a good price, way better than before, and even gave me free goodies as a birthday gift. Then I got home, went to pay my bill on the app, and they gave me my first month free of charge! I’m so impressed and honestly THANK YOU CHRIS! Best employee there, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the service. Definitely go here! I will forever be a Fido customer at this rate :)
