Had a bad experience with one of the employee she was asian. I asked her about a tape and she responded really rudely and when I said thank you she didn't even say anything and went back saying that I am stupid.Not coming back ever to this store and not letting any of friends and family to go there.

Bad experience with the cashier! I went there on Saturday to just get a mat for my cat. I saw an old lady sitting in front of the door begging for money. After I got what I want and lined up to pay, I found that lady was in front of me and trying to buy a chocolate bar without enough money. I didn’t really know what happened in the end but the lady just took the chocolate bar and left, then the cashier just ADD that chocolate bar into MY BILL without saying anything! I didn’t check the bill until this morning I found the invoice in my pocket! Although it was not a lot of money but this is really not a good idea to cheat your customers!!!

Worst dollarama ever. Not even a single employee to assist. Stationary section overs as soon as it starts. Not enough inventory. Just a waste of time visiting this store.

Very bad experience I had,staff is very mannerless,They don’t know what’s customer service, Who ever managing this store I have humble request to that person please teach your staff about customer service.And also who ever hired the cashiers please at least give them some training specially on how to behave with customer.

Bad experience with the manager. Bought a figurine along with Christmas decorations and the cashier put it in-between the other articles. As I took some stuff off the counter after I paid the figurine was tangled and then dropped, causing it to break. We ask for an exchange which is reasonable but when the manager got involved she could barely communicate in English and no French what so ever. She then started accusing us for the issue. I recommend literally any other dollarama after this terrible customer service. Rude, unprofessional and should not be a manager if they're not able to communicate with the clients.
