Not only does this branch not correct their mistskes by mislabeled product, then when you return it, they tell you you should have read the label

Not enough lactose free options. No lactose free sour cream. Good for quick grab, but not a lot of specialty items. Customer service is good, the 2 stars should not reflect that.

Always pleasant staff, and they've almost always got what I need and then some, so works out nicely.

Well stocked store, friendly staff. Often they have very attractive sales!

We have shopped here for many years, and always been happy with how pleasant and friendly the staff are. Recently, my spouse lost his wallet outside their store and staff went above and beyond to ensure it was returned. Thank you!

Special Bread & Good Quality Produce has me returning here despite the prices being on the higher end. The other stores (Superstore, Walmart) locally have fruit fly infestations and poor quality produce and are always very dirty.Contrary, this store is very clean and tidy, has glistening produce that lasts for days and no fruit flies have come from anything I have purchased here. I have noticed I feel more satisfied after eating the cleaner produce here.The Bakery is a great local Gem, especially. They make special seasonal breads that are very festive and delicious. I included a picture of their 2022 Halloween Bread as an example.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life, in fact I don’t think I will ever forget it. I was buying a cake for my sisters Birthday with 20 minutes to the stores closing time and saw that the bakery was closed so I bought my own icing tube and tried to write happy birthday, I did this inside the store. The cashier saw me struggling and messing up bad, she then pointed me towards the closing store Manager Robert. Robert was also the bakery manager, luckily for me, he tried to help me fix my messed up cake, with 10 minutes to their closing time. After a few minutes we both realized Robert couldn’t fix what I did, so instead he said give me 5 minutes and went to the bakery and got me a whole new cake and took care of the one I messed up, he also wrote what I intended to write on the new cake. It make my day and definitely made my sisters birthday that much better. Thank you so much, keep up the great customer service, I will definitely be coming back here to buy cakes for all occasions!

Not a big fan of this particular sobeys. You'd think that the stores would be kind of the same layout. Hate this ones layout. It's a smaller store so maybe that's why, prices are as ridiculous as everywhere else. Don't feel happy leaving here...at all. Need to work 3 weeks of hours for 1 week of food. That's a generalized rant not directly directed to sobeys but to all necessary things in life that we the consumers get screwed over in the prices. Some of it I get and others all I can do is stand there with my Jae hitting the floor, thinking and puzzled at how can it be justified. Just saying and it's only my opinion. Freaking love that there are no self checkout! Do not change! I can patiently wait in line just to keep people employed. In a society where we are being built to have everything now. It’s okay to take the time to smell the roses people! Support the local community, gladly I will do that ensuring someone gets paid for work.Plus why the heck would I let a store tel me to pack my own groceries, again. Totally okay with keeping someone employed. Love this spot for this reason. If they get self checkouts that’s gonna blow
