The employees are rude I am going to this time everyday and have same order(french vanilla) and one day I went and employee was saw another employee and made a face and said she had same order french vanilla. Like I am not buying anything for free I am paying money to you. And today I went to take breakfast I was hungry and standing in line and they were calling people came after me for order . There were no specific line the employe know that I was standing from 10 minutes but didn’t took my order she noticed me but then ignored

Tim Hortons, always great as ever, but customer service at this location is an issue. Staff don’t wish or greet, neither they reply to your greetings. Too much dependence on untrained student staff is costing a good customer experience.

Terrible service. I asked for everything bagel with Chipotle and hash brown inside. Crew just put hash brown inside the bagel with no sauce at all.

Firstly their new bowl’s are pricey, you could rather get a burrito bowl for the same price, secondly this location at dixie road doesn’t even provide it filled up, its just half bowl for the price of full.

I love this location and also appreciate the fact that you serve honey in tea & coffee when requested by the customer.I just found one of your crew members with first name starts with F and ends with A needs some training. Please teach her how to add honey while taking order . She gave me tea when I asked for coffee also selected the wrong farmers wrap when I enquired about increase in price, she found out and corrected her mistake. I believe she needs training. Other than that, you guys are awesome. Once she is trained and stop making mistakes while taking order, I will increase my rating from 3 to 5 !

Such a ridiculous location, it's close to my home so everyday I end up coming here since last 1 week around 10 30!!!! But I did not get any food I mean no croissants are left no Bagels.. I can't get anything except drinks!! I mean can someone pass the message to the manager to have some food, either croissant or muffins or anything or just close the store at 10. No point of keeping it open and wait in the drive through line for no reasonThank u

This Tim hortons has the most disrespectful employees I’ve ever had to deal with no manners no proper training in costumer service what so ever you drive up in the drive thru and they are yell hold on or what do you want and then shake bags if you if you don’t take your order right away they constantly don’t have the debit machines working in the drive-through and No signage to notify customers so we don’t have to waste our time and drive through. and then when we bring up the fact there is no signage they go well. What do you want me to do extremely poor training on management part.
