Amazing staff. I've always loved Saje and this is one of my favourite places to shop for their products.

I had a problem with my diffuser, so I brought it in. The staff swiftly fixed my issue and also helped me find a few other things I was looking for. Beyond just knowing their product, the two women working also engaged me in good conversation when many retail staff would have just conversed as if a customer wasn't standing right in front of them. Super happy, will be back.

Yesterday I walked into Kingsway mall Saje wellness store and had the best experience. I had just come from getting 33 needles in my back and I was in a ton of pain. Cindy took the time to walk me around the store showing me all of the sales, letting me smell the different blends & oils and offering suggestions on what she thought I could try. She asked if she could put some peppermint halo on my neck & extra strength on my back and it has changed my life. I am in SO much pain and this extra strength pain relieving remedy has been my only saving grace.Cindy treated me like I was her close friend. She was so knowledgeable and genuine. I recently lost my parents and any time anyone takes the time to not only teach me, but to help me; was invaluable.Thank you Cindy, you are great at your job. I appreciate you.

Bought 3 diffusers for my kids and one for myself and we all love it. It is pricey but they stand by their products and there is no hassle to get a replacement as after a year my diffuser fell and the ceramic top broke. Just took it back and they were happy to give me another one and tested it to make sure it still works.Best customer service, very knowledgeable and great ambience.

These folks do wellness well! I had the pleasure of visiting this fine establishment recently and it was such a wonderful experience. The ladies were SO helpful... they listened to what I wanted and gave tons of helpful suggestions. The store itself is an oasis with vibrant plant walls and the most delicate, refreshing scent. I was happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend giving Saje a visit.

Staff are always friendly at this location. Like other specialty shops, I find Saje’s products a touch pricy. I often try to get what is on sale which makes it more worth it. I enjoy many of the scents here, and appreciate the all-natural approach.
