Decent shop. Got the job done. All you can really ask for.Bryan up front seems like a jerk, but he is a really good guy. Just needs some polishing around the edges. But then again I would rather have a guy that tells me straight what is going on, then some guy that doesn't know which end of a screwdriver to use.

I had a small fender bender, insurane gave me this repair shop to go to.When i called, i was told to bring the car in the following wednesday at 8 amThe estimatir told i should rent as the vehicle was dangerous ??I did, the following Tuesday i called in to see the status and was told they had ordered the parts that day and they were expected tomorrow.When i asked why it took 6 days to order the parts, the response was very soft and not at all helpfull.I would not recomment this shop and will be reporting it to my insurance company.I called and was told to bringfolloeing week.I

Terrible customer service. Not only did I have to wait over a month for them to take my van in, when they did they found additional damage and needed more parts. I use the van for work so I rebooked for when the parts were ready which was another month later. They told me they needed it for 3 days so I moved things around for work. The day I am to pick it up I never hear from them and call them and since its near closing time no one wants to help especially the manager who refuses to take my call and tells the man im on the phone with what to say. Apparently they had needed a part and are waiting on it which I was never contacted about!!!!!! Blaming ford saying they have to calibrate a sensor, which they knew at my first visit and I was told would be ready for when I dropped my van off. No one has any customer service experience or could tell me when my van is actually going to be ready. The best they could do was say the manager would call me in the morning because they are heading out the door. Will never service any of my work vehicles again and never refer them to anyone.

Very disappointed overall in this body shop’s service. My insurance had told me to do my repair with these guys and I had brought my car to them. My car’s bumper was the primary damage and I was quoted for 2700. I was under the assumption that my bumper would be replaced as that is what the guy said would most likely happen. Instead, they only decided to repair my bumper and give it a paintjob but replaced my fender and headlights which wasn’t the main damage. Drove up the cost of the fix way above my quote as well and decided to change various small miscellaneous things to drive up the cost of the fix. My car is still in bad condition and funniest thing is that they told us the car was ready for pickup but I noticed that my car was missing the emblem and they were like they forgot to mention it over the phone about this. Talk about being unprofessional, they thought they could take advantage of my mom and I, like how do you forget to mention that the part was still not here and expect me to drive my car without the emblem. Overall, definitely would not recommend this place and if you are told by your insurance to do your repair here, I would definitely recommend to find another body shop. Also, the people who work at the place are very confrontational and cannot conduct proper customer service whatsoever. Definitely reporting this shop to my insurance.

I have decades of Collision & Paint industry experience. I visited this facility for an estimate. The appraiser would only create a formal estimate AFTER the insurance company assigned my claim to that shop. If I proceeded to allow this organization/employee to convince me to AGREE to selecting Assured as my chosen shop, it would be 30-40 days before the work would start on the vehicle, and then 3 weeks maybe longer to complete the work. The reason given by the appraiser was we only have 2 bodymen " ... And we have about "20 vehicles here to be repaired".Not to be labor this whole episode it became clear that vehicle turnaround time and customer service are at the very bottom of this businesses. List of priorities. Obviously they are direct repair with several insurance companies .. but not for reasons of customer satisfaction and good old well-run business policies

I used Assured for my Jeep repairs (via insurance) and I was super pleased with their communication and timely fashion with my Jeep back to me asap.I had to go on my planned vacation and I was in consistent communication with Kyrell, who made me feel so comfortable with leaving things in his hands to communication on my behalf. He advocated for me and he was the one who took care of all details with my Jeep (estimates, repair planning and my voice with insurance)My girl is fixed and now I can continue to enjoy her.Thank you Assured and Ky, I will continue to use you and recommend you :-)

Assured was amazing and I would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a trustworthy body shop. It was my first collision and first time going through insurance so I was skeptical and expecting to jump through hoops but Assured made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free. I expressed to them I was expecting the birth of my twin daughters next week and really didn’t want to bring them home in a rental and they set my mind at ease and returned the car to me 48 hours later and it looked great! They were in contact with me throughout the process providing me updates. They also provided a lifetime guarantee on their work which was awesome. Overall great experience and thank their entire staff for the great job. Cheers

Very quick and efficient service. Had my bumper replaced here through my insurance. Assured took care of everything. I was shuttled to the Enterprise for the rental and was even able to drop it off at Assured! Ursula kept me informed every step of the way and found this place to be very organized. I was able to get my car back in 2 days. They even detailed the inside and washed the outside of my car!
