U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The Minnow Lake U-haul had very few trucks and were not prepared for customers. The truck and trailer we preordered two weeks ago was not there and they attempted to give one double the size. When we asked for the use of the pick up instead, we were granted it only to find out it had also been booked by another person who ended up agreeing to the larger one, however, when we were ready to take the truck we found out it had a hitch but no ball. When we asked for the ball because we had to tow a car - which they knew - we were told to buy one since they had none in stock for it. There were no other trucks. The young woman running it tried her best to help but in the long run her supervisor decided not to rent to us because we refused to buy the ball for it and my brother was upset by the whole drama involved since it was already almost 3pm and he had to be out of his appartment that night.Very poorly run a d equipped. Would advise people to avoid unless using the convenience store side. The young woman trying to run it and the uhaul side is very pleasant and does her best to accommodate customers while trying to deal with uhaul.

So I recently rented a U-Haul trailer and was charge an additional hundred dollars for no reason the trailer was on time no damages. Any attempt to call them or results in an answering machine with no voicemail. There’s multiple different numbers with no actual number which someone will answer. Will never use this U-Haul again. I believe that they are trying to scam you, so please be careful.
