I grew up with a Canadian Heintzman piano, and this new Heintzman in this store is no where near the tone of my Canadian Heintzman, only the name is the same.

Have not had a chance to experience shopping in the store. Just from the patience and attitude the owner teaches my children, I can 100% trust the service in the store or at least trust the effort to improve the service.

The absolute best piano teacher I have ever seen, or heard. She is great at making you understand what you are playing and how to play it perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a piano teacher.

We bought a piano from Delight Piano. Very good and professional services. Showed and introduced us different pianos. Also, they did follow up and make sure I am fully satisfied with my purchase. I am happy with their five stars services. Highly recommended.

First, since my old daughter became a student of Jean, the Delight Piano Studio's owner, her exam marks jump from around 70s to the top range. Second, for my younger daughter, we've tried several teachers, but no one could teach her until Jean. I give five stars and strongly recommend students who want to have a big improvement on piano study.

I am a student of Jean, my name is Carina and this piano class is better than a lot of the ones I've been to. This teacher is nice and patient, she teaches memore techniques.Right now I like piano a little more with this teacher than before with other teachers.

I needed a new adjustable piano bench and their website had the most variety in stock and reasonable price range. I called but never got an answer, so decided to just show up. When I got there, they had two benches that were adjustable and starting at $275, not the $140 that the website showed. I asked and the lady was abrupt and said they don't carry those benches any more. She asked me if I wanted a non-adjustable one (like she was doing me a HUGE favour) for $250. I said no. Ended up buying an adjustable bench at Standard Piano a five minute walk away for $250 and MUCH better service.

Really nice setting, and the teachers are all very nice. They support you in every way they can to help you succeed in music. I've been to at least a million different piano teachers before, and I definitely think this one is the best.
