Such great customer service. I was there the other day just looking for every day shoes. It had been recommended by a friend of mine and I was skeptical at first because I hadn’t been to the store at all. But as soon as I walked into the entrance I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff. It was such a stress free and pleasant shopping experience, thank you Anna, Ashley, Chloe and Abby. Wonderful people with exceptional skills, going above and beyond what is asked of them. I will be going back again for sure :)

I went in to buy a pair of birkenstocks. I'm a diabetic and have never owned a pair needed help with fitting. 4 people working in the store that day and not 1 asked me if I needed help. They were more concerned about their little pizza party in the back as I over heard it was someone's last day there. Never had such bad customer service at a shoe store before. Will not be returning.

Ridiculous!! They are always closed way earlier than any of the other stores in the mall but it still says they’re open. Today the mall is open until 6:00 and they closed their gates at 5:00. This is a reoccurring issue and it needs to stop. They turned me and my friend away when we went to shop.

Three girls behind the counter, none being very helpful, like they don't even see you standing in front of them. Best part is, I love my new Bogs! Super comfy, like wearing slippers!

The store is always buzzing with people, it doesn't matter the day, time, or season.The three young ladies who were working today helped each other as they hustled from the back room and back onto the floor with customers. They had a great rhythm and didn’t miss a beat. Well done ladies!!Thank you for being kind, courteous, and helpful. I’m going to love my black low-cut Converse. :)

Bad customer service in the store but also the system of “buy online and pick up today” is not great. When I showed up to the store, I was told they weren’t in stock at this location and were being transferred from somewhere else in Ontario. But the online system said they were in stock. It took 3 days for them to come in, which is fine, just don’t say I can pick them up today. Now I have to go to the store to refund them even though they are still at the store. Not the end of world, but certainly doesn’t inspire me to shop at Soft Moc in the future.
