What an excellent shopping experience! From the minute I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and then was escorted to someone who could assist me further. The change room associates were fantastic, from determining size to finding the perfect style and fit for you. The bells inside the change room to request additional assistance make it super convenient to reach the associates. Products were beautiful and the selection of styles and colors was impressive.

I had the most incredible bra shopping experience at this store. I was finally able to find a bra that not only fit perfectly but fit comfortably thanks to the incredible staff. In particular, I'd like to single out Lauren for making my shopping experience so much better. She was able to help me find a size that fit just right and although she was also helping other customers, I felt like I had personalized service. Keep up the incredible work Lauren!! Thank you so much for your customer service, friendly demeanour, and dedication to customer satisfaction!

Collection is great, staff looks friendly, helpful but you don't feel comfortable and welcome here. With friendly smile comes latent arrogance....I came in the atore in the end of the day to return some items. Only one cashier was working; one customer had an issue with returning, 4 other were patiently waiting for more than 5 minutes, and, although, staff was numerous, nobody came to help!Unpleasant view of dusty glass shelves didn't give you nice impressions of the store as well.Return policy is ridiculous and doesn't help to bring new customersVery disappointed how impressive famous trademark has stores like this one

I just came in for a simple return I was respectful and patient and I just asked a question about a product. This worker immediately took it as an attack. And walked away from me mid return and then got her manager who called me and the person with me disrespectful. When we just asked a question quietly but the manager made sure the people behind us heard her comments. We did our return and fled the store. People shouldn’t be treated this way for asking a question.

Great floor staff. Manager not so nice. Was returning a pair of pants that had a hole in them and had never been worn. She said I should have returned them to the actual store I bought them from. (Different Mall). Very rude manager. Was also in buying other items. Floor staff apologized for her rude behavior on the way out.

Visited the store with a friend who was a repeat customer. Very impressive selection which included yoga and sleepwear as well as health and beauty products for pampering the skin. Plenty of helpful knowledgeable staff. Great selection of sizes. Staff are experienced in sizing bras properly. Clean, organized and well-stocked.

Great staff excellent selection very well organized team members. I don't know why but sometimes I feel so awkward going into a place like that but the staff really made me feel welcome as I was looking for certain items for my wife. Did you know that they also offer a great selection of fragrances and candles. That's what I was in for the candle that I purchased was amazing the scent fills up the room quickly and lasts quite a long time. Great quality. I also recommend the tease products and the lotion was really quite good my wife likes it
