I have been going to the trophy center for my trophy needs for more than15 years, long before they became known as Coronation Recognition. Since taking on that name they have repeatedly raised their prices while the quality of service has been going down.This morning I quit using their services and will not be using any service that uses the name Coronation Recognition.I called them to find out just how I was supposed to get a trophy updated due to their Covid-19 paranoia. I was told that I would need to send them an email with the details and to drop off the trophy to be updated. I would then need to wait 15 business days to pick it up once it was completed. They then informed me that for all of this major inconvenience they would be charging me more than $25 for what used to cost me less than $8.Covid is not an excuse to gouge your customers because you change your business policies and practices. I won't be darkening your doors any longer.

Coronation Recognition is the best place in Vancouver to get business awards, sports trophys, medals and more. I can't recommend them enough.Not only is the product good, but the team is professional and fun! I can't think of recommending people to go anywhere other than to this business.I have seen first hand how well they treat both customers and their business vendors and it gives me full confidence to refer anyone I know looking for awards to the great team here.

Huge selection of trophies and medals, they've serviced our hockey teams year end trophies for a few years and have been very supportive and given a great price. I would definitely recommend for any sports team trophies.

i had to get four trophies engraved and ready for a tournament i was having, but stupid me left it off to the last minute (well, last day really) i ordered the trophies on such short notice and they still managed to help me decide which ones to get, and did a great job on engraving and everything. they were extremely punctual, and e mailed me back within minutes. great service from people who truly care about their customers.

I've been going to Coronation Recognition (formally Trophy Centre) for over 10 years, and I've always had a wonderful experience with them. Not today.I dropped off a plaque to them on the 9th of December, the lady working there told me I had to make an appointment with them before dropping it off (COVID protocols and all), which I didn't know. I filled out a form with my contact information, got to my car and emailed them my request to two emails, their former Trophy Centre email and to their current email. The lady said it would take between 3-5 business days.I called them today to see if my plaque was ready, the gentleman tried looking for the order and couldn't find it. He said the email never arrived. Now question me this: they have my contact information, wouldn't you think it would be prudent of them to contact the person, asking them what their order was after more than one week of not getting an email order? I guess not to them. He kept on saying he never got my order and will expediate the order to today. Fine, great, thanked them for expediting it. No apology, zero, deflecting the blame on the email not coming through.They send me an invoice, it was more than 4x the amount for engraving than last year. There's inflation, and then there's crooked business practices. I will never be going there again.

Great customer service! I went to 2 other shops, needing a specific custom plaque for a mausoleum niche. Those other places werent helpful and said they couldn't do it, but Trophy Centre happily figured out a solution and it turned out great.
