Very hole in the wall restaurant, but the food was really tasty! The spicy lemongrass vermicelli was really great and unexpectedly very spicy, and the broth for pho was good too. We also got the platter where we could make our own rolls which was a fun experience. The owner was also really friendly even with a minor language barrier, when I took my parents here they actually recognized it as an old congee restaurant that they had visited in the 80s while they were still in high school, so they chatted with the owner about that as well!

Very authentic. I’ve been to a lot of pho places but this place is the real deal. Just a man and his wife in the back cooking up a storm. Very reasonable prices and great taste.

So lucky I found this gem!Family owned restaurant and they have a decent amount of tables to dine in!Love how extensive their menu is and the prices are SUPER reasonable.Portion size is great especially for the price and the vermicelli was delicious. The spring rolls were a tad on the burnt side but didn’t bother me too much. The grilled pork looked dry but honestly had so much flavour and tasted delicious.Highly recommend this place for their authentic food.

If you're looking for a good bowl of noodles at a reasonable price, this place is great. I personally really enjoy their bun bo hue. Would recommend ordering it mild, as medium is often too spicy. This place doesn't have much in the way of atmosphere but it is clean. Run by a very nice couple.

This place was on my list of restaurants to visit, and I happened to be in the area so I had to stop by. When I visited, it was around 6pm on a Friday, and not busy. The owner was really sweet, and the Bun Bo Hue was FANTASTIC. The broth is so flavourful and spicy (I did get the mild, but it was just right for me), and while the broth perfectly hits the deeply savoury and slightly sweet tang taste— the addition of fresh garlic chives and lime really knocks it out of the park. I’ve had bun bo hue a handful of times at other restaurants, and this is easily the best that I’ve had!

Comforting Vietnamese food with a really nice owner. It was so good in fact, that I came back a second time for lunch and the owner actually recognized me the second time round. I would definitely recommend the dry noodles option. Lots of meat, lots of veggies. If you want a calming atmosphere, a chill quiet environment, and want some decent Vietnamese cuisine, I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Food was very well worth the price, large meat portions for each dish (rice and noodles), but a bit lacking for veggies which would have been amazing!

Kept hearing this is the place to go for Bun Bo Hue. It's good. But not the bestRestaurant was empty when I walked in. The man/server seemed friendly. It is currently cash onlyFlavor was good. Even for mild, it was pretty spicy. Noodles were perfect and not overcooked. Few pieces of meat, a thin slice of viet ham in the soupBut missing all the fixings: pork blood cubes, pork knuckle, don't think there was even beef shank in there, banana flower or cabbagePricing is great to get a bowl just under $14 including tax

Went here a few months ago with a friend. Had to google what the name/location of this place was because it was so memorable! The service was excellent. The owner was so sweet and suggested his specialty, beef stew, Bo kho. SO. GOOD.Overall such a great spot that I feel grateful to have stumbled upon!
