Told hitch would take about 2 hours, would call when done. 3 hours later I called, hitch done 2 hours ago, final price almost twice what was told over the phone. Should have known better, terrible customer service when I had hitch attached to previous vehicle few years ago. I've learned my lesson!

Rented here for a year and then bought a unit through them. Have had nothing but great experiences with the entire team. Ron, the salesman, was the only person to give me and my young daughter the time of day at the RV show; Shaemus, the tech is awesome and gives great advice; Steve, from parts/service, is amazing too and has put up with my 1000s of questions. On top of this, they are also cheaper than other dealerships. I travel a long way just to give my business here. Well worth the drive. Thank you to everyone at Sauder's.
