We both work long hours and we had been trying to stay on top of our housecleaning in the process, but it got to be too much on top of every other demand on our time. We're glad I finally cracked and hired on the BritClean team. They were on time, polite, listened to our needs, and were thorough. We've already booked them for a second clean and we want to keep them on for bi-weekly service.

We asked for deep cleaning services which included cleaning the base trims of our walls, the inside of the cabinets, windows and blinds. We rent out our unit and want to ensure it is super clean before the next tenants.The two girls who came were very sweet, but they didn't do a good job. Perhaps they were tired after a long day - who knows.Our experience:- The cabinets were not scrubbed at all. Surface clean at best. There remained dirt and stains on the inside.- the mirrors were left with terrible streaks from the cleaner they used- the windows were the same; full of streaks. We ended up redoing the windows and mirrors ourselves.- the girls hadn't even touched the trim as we had asked. There was dust on all of it.This isn't representative of a deep clean and shouldn't warrant the hourly rate charged. My partner and I were really disappointed with the experience we had.

The response to set up the move out cleaning was very prompt, with good follow up.The two women who came to clean arrived by bus, without the usual vacuum, mops etc. I was a bit concerned because we had packed our vehicles snd we’re leaving town that day.However, I believe someone came later to bring them supplies.The landlady checked the suite and said it was very clean.Unfortunately for the young women working that day, it was likely hottest day of the summer. They were lovely and pleasant anyway.Follow after the cleaning was also prompt and efficient.It helped us greatly.Will recommend.

Overall amazing experience with Britclean. They clean our home/offices space and do a great job every time. We are 11 months in. The teams are responsive and it really makes a difference to have great communicators behind the scenes who are always eager, very good conversationalists and make you feel like you aren't just a random customer.Not sure about you but that really makes a difference for us.I have tried countless other companies (not sure if I can name them here but will give it a shot! Molly maids, life made easy, Aspen etc) and there is an insurmountable difference.Cost-wise, I'd rather pay the big gun rates to Britclean just to have them every week even though they don't charge what all of these bigger companies do! Anyway, these guys (And girls) are always going above and beyond. For eg last week they called to regrettably cancel as a cleaner of theirs let them in the dust without any notice.I totally understand how rough things can get sometimes as a small business owner and didn't even need to recommend a resolve. They apologized profusely, in a polite and obviously empathic manner and rescheduled me in as a priority for the Saturday.Always quality work, it looks like a jedi has come into the house and refueled the freshness every time and each little detail down to the towel folds makes my wife feel glamorous.Ongoing and happy customers!

My oven and bathtub were in serious need of a deep clean (unrelated so don't ask!). The BritClean team swooped in, tidied them up no problem - along with the rest of my kitchen and bathroom. I was impressed at the depth of the clean and attention to detail. The friendly service from both the office and the on-site team was fantastic and I will definitely be using their services again!

I am very pleased with the job your staff did. It’s a tough, physical job and they worked very hard. All those hard to reach places got the grime removed, and the whole place just feels better.

Great service. Even during a snow storm, communication was prompt to let us know they'd be running behind schedule. Two individuals showed up after what I imagine was a lengthy and exhausting commute, with such friendly demeanors! The cleaning was great and is always great value.

Great company. Fast, efficient and thorough. Used them when I sold my home, and they were amazing. Will be hiring them on a regular basis for the new place.

The team was incredibly friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to my inquiries. I used them (from out of town) to help my aging parents after one sustained an injury and they were having trouble keeping up with the housekeeping. They did a great job and my parents were thrilled with the service. Very positive experience.
