Clinical Sleep Solutions

My Dr. referred me to these folks, and they called me to set up a sleep test. The young lady that arranged the appointment was absolutely fabulous. Explained everything in detail, even went so far as describing where to park, how to find the entrance (it doesn't front onto Kingsway), how to pay for and get reimbursed for parking, etc. Extremely articulate, caring, knowledgeable. A sheer delight to work with. I received an email and text message reminder the day before the appointment, as promised. The actual appointment was exactly on time, was quick and efficient (different staff member). She went over the test in detail, and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Absolutely perfect experience.

My wife and I have been customers for many years. We deal with Jin exclusively and have had exceptional customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone. She is kind, considerate, and very friendly.

I bought a Phillips CPAP machine from Clinical Sleep Solutions around March 2020. Just when the pandemic hit, so I have used it for over a year and it has helped me tremendously. About 2 months I came in for the annual checkup and purchased a replacement strap for the head gear.($55)I have not yet opened the sealed package ,then 3 weeks ago I receive an email saying that Philips is recalling my model of CPAP device and to stop using it immediately and consult my doctor.In light of the current situation I think it would be proper for Clinical Sleep Solutions to refund the cost of the Head Gear strap since I can't use it now.I hope myself (as well as many others who purchased these machines) don't get sick from the year I used it before the recall.

I've been trying to contact many times in three days, no replies on automated answering recording, no call backs - I've ordered plenty of $$ on products and they don't appreciate my contact. Additionally, prices have raised huge since last purchase. Lower prices at other companies. Sorry but this is frustration with no one answer in person of any calls.

Yin is a wonderful person that goes above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. She goes out of her way to make sure your totally informed and make you feel comfortable with the product. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in my abilities to use and maintain the product. Been coming here for awhile now. Great service. I had an issue with my CPAP machine and even though the manufacturer was a pain to deal with, the staff at Clinical Sleep Solutions gave me a loan machine and sorted it all out on my behalf. They really care about their customers and go to bat for them. I was impressed by the level of customer service I got from them and would recommend them.

I first visited the Burnaby Clinical Sleep Solutions 1 year ago. It was determined that I have sleep apnea and I did purchase a CPAP machine. I have since had a 6 month and, today, 1 year follow up appointment . Mainly due to 'neck problems' from a car accident I find it difficult to use the CPAP. The response of and information shared by Gregory, the Registered Respiratory Therapist who has helped me at all 3 appointments to date, was exceptional, informative and so helpful. Together we discussed strategies to address the problems I have had that have led to me removing the CPAP in the middle of the night or not using it at all. Every time I have visited the Burnaby Clinical Sleep Solutions, the Reception and Registered Respiratory Therapy Staff, Din who I have met and Gregory who my appointments are with, the service and support of all Staff has been exceptional. My appointment with Gregory today was exceptionally exceptional and I know will lead to better sleep 'health' and days and nights ahead.

It has not been an enjoyable experience. Called earlier this week , hoping to price out travel CPAP machines. The receptionist claimed she did not know the prices, and that I would I have to come in for a meeting to find out machine prices. Attempted to purchase cleaning wipes today, despite the website stating they are open from 10 - 5 , when I arrived they were locked up for lunch from 1 - 2 ( not on the website). The street address on the website is not the address used - another sign , on another door directing customers to the proper entrance. Very frustrating experience!

Snoring was a big concern for partner and myself. Visited the place without much expectation. To my surprise, the staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. Sissylia explained everything in details about the whole process. From getting a trial tester to owning my own personal CPAP machine within a month, and I didn't pay a dime! (covered by insurance). Gregory the therapist was also very helpful explaining my symptoms and health concerns so I know what to expect in the future. I am glad I visited the clinic!

✅️My husband and I both have CPAP machines for many years now. We received absolutely excellent care and consideration from ALL of the staff working here located at 5050 Kingsway, entrance on Marlborough St! It IS a great place to be assessed at, and to come to for a CPAP machine, and their expert advice and fitting. When you buy your machine and/or hose, mask/etc. supplies here- you WILL receive their kind attention for whatever you need, or ask. Very fair pricing as well.
