We engaged the FRESH! team for a corporate wellness program over the course of a year and were so impressed with what our group received. Tim and his team were extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and how to stay mentally healthy as well. In addition to really informative lunch and learn sessions and valuable one-on-one coaching meetings, the team provided really practical (and enjoyable) fitness sessions that demonstrated ways to stay active and how to avoid getting bored with working out, which is such a common pitfall. Tim and the team are passionate about fitness and staying healthy (so you can enjoy growing old!) and do a great job in sharing this enthusiasm with everyone they work with.

I started training at Fresh Fitness about three months ago. While the gym is not glamorous (the only factor preventing a five star rating), what won me over was the Staff and the culture of Fresh.The gym owner, Tim took the time to assess my abilities and limitations, and understood my goals. Mike, my trainer three days a week, keeps things fresh" and challenging.Not a gym to "see and be seen"

Tim is the perfect trainer. He has boundless energy, an easy smile and a truly endless supply of enthusiasm. No matter how things are progressing, or not progressing, you always know that his support will not waver. If you have an old injury, a new one, or are physically compromised in some way, Tim has an extensive knowledge of physiology and combined with his experience he can find a solution. At Fresh, nothing is ever an impediment to being active. Tim is a master of movement with purpose".His belief in a positive outcome is contagious."

Over the years I have been a member of several gyms and had personal trainers. Fresh Fitness has been ‎my favourite. They are professional but also friendly. They are very educated and keep up to date with ‎health information. They have been supportive in helping me to reach my goals. I am the type of person ‎that needs to be pushed hard and they are not shy about pushing me to get me to go past my limits. ‎Their eating plan has made the biggest impact. They helped me to find out what Metabolic Type I was. ‎That combined with doing 4 weeks of their sugar detox has helped me to stay away from junk food and ‎eat more cleanly. I never thought I would be able to get rid of sugar cravings and for the most part of I ‎have. It has been a year and I am now down 70 pounds. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling. Things ‎come up and they always work with you to reschedule so that you don’t miss a workout. I recommend ‎Fresh Fitness to everyone because it has made my life so much better.‎

I have been coming to the group classes at FRESH! Fitness for 8 months and really enjoy the workouts. The program is different everyday and the trainers are really fun and supportive. The group pushes you to work harder while still encouraging a fun atmosphere. FRESH! fitness has made me stronger, more confident and more willing to try new exercises.

I have been training here for just over a year.This is quite something for me as my initial fitness level was somewhere near 'accident recovery', lol. Years of fitness neglect to overcome.Caring, knowledgeable Coaches/staff/trainers started me at the level I could do: my level, not their own pre-conceived level of workout. They have stayed with me through some difficult health issues, encouraging total wellness, and able to positively motivate & coach me to achieve goals.My daily fitness is now so much better.

Because of my career and other responsibilities I usually do not have a lot of time to take care of myself. At Fresh I not only have the benefit of a personal trainer but a real coach" who cheers me on when necessary and calls me on my numerous excuses when I put other things ahead of my health and fitness (thanks Tim!). The team at Fresh is amazing and understand that being healthy involves more than just going to the gym... It is about changing the way you think about yourself and about your choices."

I have attended Fresh for several months and love the group classes and personalized training. Leah has great training plans and every session is different and challenging. The variety means the muscles work differently each time and it is never boring. I like the convenient location in the downtown core too. The fitness facility is a good size and they have every piece of equipment you could want. Definitely recommend Fresh, Leah, Tim and the gang.

I love the group classes at FRESH! Fitness. The trainers keep the atmosphere fun while still pushing you to work harder. Workouts are always different so you get exposed to different exercises and won't get bored.

Love the Staff at Fresh. They are unbelievably knowledgeable and good at what they do. Their focus is on the mind/body connection so that you’re always doing every exercise correctly and significantly reduce your risk of injury. They’re flexible with their plans and just really want to help get people up and moving – correctly. I will continue with them for a long time to come!
