They quickly identified which of their consultants were best suited for the assignment and put me in touch with Ed Jackson and Sean Bliss. They guided us through the process and were able to answer all our questions (and there were a lot). After the report was completed and even several years later they have stood behind their work and have been readily available for follow up questions. Very professional organization; highly recommended

Would not recommend. Overall structure and thought process of report was good. There was an obvious error that affected the appraisal value they wouldn’t own up to. When brought to their attention, they provided additional incorrect information.
