After days of researching inflatable paddle boards online, I still felt like I didn’t know what I wanted. I walked in to this store only expecting to look at some boards, but the owners went above and beyond to educate me and to help me identify what I wanted, which allowed us to narrow down the options. I spent about an hour in store, then went home to think about 2 options. When I went back to make my purchase, I was shown everything about the board (the fin, inflating, deflating, packing up, the pump, the paddle, etc.!) I trust these guys 100% and I am very happy with my purchase!

We purchased two paddle boards from these folks. The boards are high quality and the customer service was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and helpful service! So much better than purchasing from a box store. We can't say enough about the experience.

I have purchased 3 standup paddle boards and paddles from this company over almost the last decade. 2 for myself and 1 for my son. We’ve always had exceptional one on one personalized service which has been so helpful as we were new to paddle boarding. They provided professional service excellence in making sure we had the “right board” for our level and interest in what we wanted to achieve. This company really knows their products and take extra time to answer your questions and ask you questions to make sure you’re board will be right for you so you have the best experience possible. I’ve been back many times for accessories and they have it all, and the knowledge and kindness to assist you. They always have friendly staff and everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable. And now they have a retail store!! If you are thinking about getting into stand up paddling, these guys are the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

LakeSUP is the best! I had a couple damaged boards that berry was able to repair on short notice. He had them all fixed up for a great price in time for the weekend. Nothing but good things to say about Berry & Kellie, amazing costumer service!
