Canada Post

My email notification said that my package is ready to pickup. Then I called a cab to pickup my package at 7:45pm. And it was almost to the office closing time. There were 4 customers behind me in the line. The post office staff just did not want to spend time to find my package at the back office and said to me that my package did not arrive yet. What a lie! I have to come back tomorrow!

Opposite to the other review, I'm here at 12.30pm on Monday, no line up, got served right away.

Customer Service and Servant Leadership have an opportunity to improve. I've never thought I would would witness a Human Being Conduct themselves as a Pre-programmed machine.

The staff here are always friendly, polite and helpful. I use this location frequently for my business needs with outbound package drop-offs and occasionally for inbound package pick-ups. I'm always greeted with a smile and always receive courteous service!For the other reviewers who complain about line-ups... get over it! It's a post office -- many people will be using this location, so it's completely normal to expect a bit of a line-up until you are served. Just look forward to the great service you'll receive when it is your turn!

Excellent staff and service

In line now for the post office. About 10 people here and one lady at the desk. Been in line for almost 5 minutes and not moved at all. Another staff member just came and left so we are all stuck waiting here for an eternity. It’s like I just angrily said to the employees working here, “pathetic.”

Hi there are 3 boxes of the same number in my community mail box. The person who puts the mail in the box confuses the person to whom it is addressed and very often it goes in another person's mail box who has the same number. This happens on Basswood Crescent Milton

This location is amazing! I worked here for 5 years and been away for almost two! Saima is a wonderful manager who cares for her staff and her customers. For the people that complain about long wait times you have to understand that this is not the workers fault that they are working alone so please do not take this out on them. They are doing their best and your snide comments do not help at all. As for the complaints about pick ups sometimes the delivery driver marks as at post office but in reality they send it back to depot if they cannot make it by their shift end and deliver in the morning, again this is not the staffs fault. Canada post has certain procedures, if you are picking up a proof of identity or sensitive package it informs us on the screen that this person is the only one allowed to obtain this parcel. Even if you have their signature we need to see their proof of address and identity with them infront of us or else we cannot proceed. Frankly all the issues everyone has with this location are not issues with the staff but with Canada post procedures and how they run things. In turn this is not the locations fault but Canada post themselves. So please next time you decide to be mean to someone trying to do their job think would you enjoy getting yelled at for something that you cannot control?

Trying to get a hold of the assosiate for past 2 days with no luck. Even left a message no call back. Went to the post office only to find out my replacement mailbox keys were still not there. Claimed they were so busy, whereas only 1 customer b4 me. Called again today to confirm if my keys are there yet, no answer. This post office sux and my bad luck is that it's my local post office.

sometimes it's busier than usual and the line is longer (understandably so) but they are usually always quick and efficient! friendly staff too, no complaints here.
