My first Chiropractor experience was with Dr Pepper a few months ago. Since then, I have been a regular. Her work is magic on whatever joint pain I had! Everyone in this office is amazing, empathetic, caring and helpful. From the moment you walk in you will feel welcome and taken care of.

I set up appointments with Dr. Daniel due to some issues that I was experiencing from a horseback riding accident. Dr. Daniel was excellent. He used a combination of cupping, alignments, and simple at-home exercises to target the cause of my concern. He was also willing to work around the training plan that I already had in place. My issues are resolved now and my back no longer feels aggravated after my rides. It took less time than I was expecting! I am even noticing more freedom of motion overall. I think this has been a big help in my riding and allowing me to perform better.They also have a lovely clinic dog. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a chiropractor.

I drive from Guelph to Waterloo for chiro visits with Dr. Katie. It is totally worth the drive. She is consistently thorough and gentle. I always feel like I'm standing a little taller after each visit and I get the best night of sleep after my visits. Her suggestion of some acupuncture following two hip replacements really helped to speed along my recovery. The greeting from Ursa the wonder dog are a welcome bonus!

Dr. Daniel Pardo is amazing!! I had never seen a chiropractor before and was a bit nervous. He made me feel super comfortable and explained everything in detail. Before my first visit I had killer back pain keeping me from sleeping at night and after my first visit I felt 100% better immediately. He is very good at what he does and Ive reccomended him to many people. After each visit my back has felt so much better. If you're in search of a great chiropractor Dr Daniel is your guy!

Dr. Pardo definitely had my back! He is such a genuine and knowledgeable chiropractor, not only did he assist with my back recovery, he also taught me about the way I should be exercising and stretching daily. He took time to be genuinely interested in making conversation with you during your session and made sure you felt okay when the session ended. Although he has moved from Welland to Waterloo, he is 110% worth the drive!

I recently saw Dr. Kaitlyn Pepper for a chiropractic adjustment and was very impressed with her level of care and professionalism. She is very resourceful, and knows a variety of different therapy techniques such as massage and acupuncture, which she was able to use to help alleviate my pain. She also took the time to educate me on the right posture to use during my workouts to avoid straining my back.One thing that sets Dr. Pepper apart from other chiropractors is that she did not immediately put me on a treatment plan, but instead asked me to call back if the pain persisted. This showed that she is genuinely interested in helping her patients, and not just trying to push unnecessary treatments.Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Kaitlyn Pepper to anyone in need of a chiropractor. She is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients.

It was my very first time visiting a chiropractor and Dr. Katie made the experience amazing! She is so incredibly friendly and welcoming, and walked me through every step of the process. I came in for back pain caused by a fall, and she took her time to ask questions to understand my history and provide the right care. I'm finally starting to feel better now, so thank you Dr. Katie for taking care of me today!

Amazing experience! I took my new baby to see Dr. Pepper regarding some feeding issues. She was very gentle and explained everything as she went. I felt completely comfortable bringing my son, and at ease afterwards.I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a chiropractor!
