Great people at the location and were helpful. We were able to get our thali in this location and the prices were quite good. I would recommend to give this location a shot if your looking for gold.

This store really needs to work on their customer experience. They promise a pick up date, and when you go to pick up it’s not ready. I’ve been calling all week to find out if my ring is ready for pick up and they tell me “come & find out” they don’t know if it’s ready. I have to drive 30 mins to the store. They can’t confirm on the phone if my order is ready because they are “busy”. There are so many other jewelry stores out there. Not going to return only because of customer service

IP is the best jeweller in the GTA, unbeatable pricing, the best designs and amazing customer service.They have the best selection I have ever seen, I have went to so many stores before I came to IP and even the ones I pass by don’t have anything close to what they offer. Unique pieces, affordable pricing and beautiful and Intricate designs.Custom pieces are my favourite to get from them, super fast, beautiful work and if I ever want something changed or added they always make it work!I love that their a family business too, so personable whenever I go and I always have a great time interacting with them. I’ve been going to them for the last 6+ years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else, they appreciate their clientele like no other jeweller I’ve experienced in the GTA.I wish I could give them 10 STARS!

Been shopping at IP for many years, they have a wide variety of options and always fairly priced. Customer service is fantastic and always willing to help with any question or help you might need. The store can be busy at times, it’s expected because they provide a great experience and one of the biggest selections. If your looking for silver or gold in the Markham, Richmond Hill or Scarborough area this IP is the place to go. Sent over all friends and family, they always come back saying great things. My go to jeweler in the GTA, love the knowledge and the prices. Came here to get some custom made pieces for my wedding & it was nice having a jeweler who cared and was excited to show me the final product. They got every detail perfect, after doing business with them you realize it’s not the money for them but the passion and making sure their customers are happy and satisfied.

Costmer service is very slow. You have to wait until last Costmer done there shopping. But overall, so many varieties are available for gold or silver jewelry.

This is our family’s go to. Amazing choices, prices & even better customer service. The lady (owner) who’s always there is most sweetest and always so helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy gold.

They made different design than what i Ordered. When i didn't like it they said they will make it again and will call me when its ready because i was going to pickup the next day and new order will not be ready that time..I waited for a week and no call. Then i had to ask whether its ready or not because i already waited 2 weeks in total. Rather than feeling sorry about not calling as they promised , they said we are so busy, your order was ready days ago, you did not come to pick up. Minus (-) 2 stars for this and delayed order. Also they should've told me about $100 charge for cutting the chain and attaching the necklace to it beforehand. When i went to pickup and pay then i was told. 3 stars for my chain as i liked the design. I do not care about extra charge , you can keep it.. but do not lie about that i should have gone to pickup when you were the one said do not come tomorrow to pickup because new order will need more days
