Sterling & his crew were very professional and courteous. They worked through some pretty awful wind storms to get our fence done in a timely manner. The fence looks great! We would definitely use S&P again.

I found S&P on a google search when I was soliciting quotes for our backyard fencing job. I'm glad I did. They came in well under the other two quotes I received so I choose S&P. Still glad I did. They started the fence when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. They did all the little extras we asked for. They came back the day after they thought they were done to fix a couple little issues. Their crew was professional, friendly and approachable. The quality and workmanship was very good and they did not nickel and dime us to death with extras even though they warned us in advance that here may be extra charges for problem digging and access etc. We will and already have recommended S&P Construction to our family and friends.Great job guys, thank you!A & O

We have a new home in Spruce Grove and called multiple contractors for quotes and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone at all to come to our house. We googled searched contractors for a fence and concrete work and S&P showed up first for both searches. We called them and they came over the next day and were very professional and gave us a quote that very same day. We feel the prices are very competitive and the workers were really great. They dropped the supplies off and built our fence in a day and had the area cleaned up by 5pm. Talked with Sterling for the most part and he was a great guy and a big help. His concrete contractors were some nice hard working guys men who really cared about what they were doing. We really felt good about hiring S&P for our work and would hire them again in a second. My Wife and I searched all summer for a contractor to build our build and deck. We went to the home and garden show to get some ideas and during our search we were very impressed by the display of S&P. There quote was about $10,000 less then classic landscaping and in all honesty you get what you pay for. What we got from S&P was the most amazing wrap around deck and it’s the talk on our street. People were coming to our house each day to ask us who is building our deck. Rob who is one of there workers did a amazing job all by himself and was completed less then 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again to finish our landscaping.

We recently had a stamped concrete patio, stone fire pit, composite deck, pergola and fence installed by S&P Construction. Sterling was great with design ideas, Steve did a wonderful job with the concrete and stone and Scott kept this large project on track. Any issues / questions were dealt with professionally and in a timely fashion. We are extremely happy with the finished product, it has transformed our back yard into a private oasis that we will enjoy for years to come.

Disappointed. I haven’t had any work done by S&P Construction but based on lack of customer service I’m sure that glad I didn’t.Things got off to a good start as Sterling promptly replied to my original email asking for a quote. He requested that I send him some photos of the project that I inquired about so I promptly sent an email back to him. I waited over a week and did not receive a response from Sterling so I sent him another email to follow up. Once again waited another three days and I still haven’t received a response back.It speaks volumes about someone’s character if they choose to ignore you instead of just saying straight up that they’re not interested in the project. Any good contractor would at least politely decline and perhaps even refer some other contractors that would be willing to take the job.Once again I’m not commenting on the construction side but rather the lack of follow up and customer service. I never even entered into a contract with this company but now I definitely won’t be.

We just had our old and very long driveway replaced with stamped concrete and aggregate border. S&P's quote for the job was competitive with others but where they stood out was their communication and how quickly they got the quote to us. I'm very glad we chose them because they were so easy to talk to about the job and our driveway looks great. Steve and his crew did an excellent job and we're very happy with the end result. So happy with them that we've asked for a quote for new siding.

Great experience! Asked for a quote on a deck and Sterling gave me one right away. He came to my house and showed me samples of all the Fiberon composite materials he has to offer. Told him I did not want brown, then he managed to pitch the perfect 2 color combination of Fiberon Sanctuary Earl gray and chai colors. He also explained all the ins and outs of deck building to me, and his passion for deck building and construction truly showed.Screwpiles were quickly put in and Scott and crew came head of schedule and worked hard and finished in a day in a half. I got an amazing final product! Sterling answers all questions that I had and provided excellent follow up service. Highly recommended!

S&P did a great job on our deck and fence! We had S&P build a deck and fence for our new home. We needed the fence and gates built quickly as we have a little dog. The team was amazing and the fence was complete in a day and a half! We were pleased with the whole team, everyone was professional, respectful and hardworking. They kept us up to date on timing of work and were happy to do exactly what we asked for (we asked for skirting with a little storage hatch on our deck, they were happy to do that for us). The cost was very reasonable for the exceptionally high quality of work, we would use S&P again and have already recommended them to friends and family.
