fantastic service. friendly and helpful staff. Professional and reliable. I had to install a chandelier and they gave me the right scaffold and parts. Attached is a photo of my chandelier installation. I removed the cross bars on the side to make room for the fixture, then I disassembled the scaffold.

I was a first-time scaffold user. Oliver was very helpful recommending what equipment I would need. Delivery and pickup were right on time. Miles provided hands-on guidance with setup. Would definitely recommend Scaffold Fast to others.

Great staff, super affordable rentals, quality equipment. I'm a contractor and rent once or twice a year. Still worth keeping my account standing as their prices are so fair and it's not worth me buying my own. I have been using them for 10+ yrs

We ordered a Scaffold last thursday. Was told they would deliver some time in the afternoon.Waited all day. No show. No call.The next morning was delivered ASAP. Ok. They fixed a mistake so far.Then on pick up day. They were far from on time and when calling. The employee or who ever answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were told someone should be there while they pick up the scaffold and should be there by 1 pm. So an employee was there waiting for well over 2 hours with again.. no show. No call.Now going back to the phone call... discusting attitude and will actually tell everyone about the service we got. Waiting for nothing costs money. Paying people for nothing. Not even decency to call to say they are running late. And cant be professional about it.Referrals can go 2 ways. Good or bad...A happy client will tell maybe 2 people about their experience and reffer.A client whos experience was not good. InThis case. One to remember. Will tell ARLEAST 25 people and go out of their way to say it.Horrible. Period!

Grumpy bunch of men there, didn’t seem to want to help at all. Their products may be good, but the customer service is awful. Do better.
