They act like they don’t know what they doing up here. Wait time in person is ridiculous. Call they either don’t answer or have you waiting forever just to try to get you to come in person and still don’t answer your questions. They even over talk and hang up on you

Absolute garbage!!! I’ve trying to call them for more than hour, every time “an agent” answers they put me on hold and then it goes from being out on hold to having to call again and at one point they just stopped answering!! They need to reopen that specific office so these “agents” can do some work properly!!

Says they're open online. 1pm on a Monday. Gates are closed, unable to get in. Area is sketchy. I left immediately after getting out of my car.

Very fast if you make an appointment ahead of time! Went to apply for disability and it went smoothly. She was productive and answered my questions confidently!Update: trying to get my kids social security is a pain and the lady in the left window has been a HEADACHE to deal with...need new management

When I called the office they gave me exceptional customer service. I went to the office and I listened to how one representative spoke to the customers and she was exceptional. I got the same exceptional service from the male representative that seen me. I would have gave 5 stars but we as people all have room to grow.
