Bad customer serviceI called today 10:43am and the guy told me to google an other Stihl retailer if I want my 2k$ machinery cz there are BO. No problem here (MSA220T and HTA135)BUT When I asked an other retailer in the GTA, he said “google it, cant help you out”, I insisted politely and begued for help cz online, they give me this alpine thing and Homedepot lol, “nope wont do that for you, search online”Well tks and bye

Be VERY careful with Rocky and other staff who like to rip you off with pricing and telling you your machine is not worth fixing, too old or not worth it to fix. I have been twice and will never return. They even told me my mower was toast and I needed a new one, I got it fixed at KOOY BROTHERS for $85.00! They are deceitful and very dishonest people. Both times I have been in I was told my mower was too old! It was 3 years only!

Bought a Stihl blower and electric lawn mower at Alpine and couldn't be happier! Great prices but even better service! Ask for Pat - he knows everything there is to know about outdoor power equipment. Thanks again team Alpine!

Outstanding customer service at Alpine Lawn and Garden getting my snowblower tuned up and oil changed. Rocky was outstanding staying in contact with me, giving me advice and getting my snowblower ship shape.

Don't ever go to Alpine for purchase and service, You will receive very bad customer service from the old guy, He is very rude and impolite, He won't accept credit card if purchase under $10.00, When asked him how much to tune up or estimate a Toro snowblower, He refused to answer and tell you it will be over three weeks behind, I regret that I bought a Toro snowblower and Honda mower from them before , I wish the old guy were fired for being so rude to customer ! I Will never go back again, I won't give them a chance to rip me off !

Purchased my elderly mom a Honda snow blower. Pat was wonderful.Dina was also very helpful. Michael who put the machine together from the box was very good in showing us how to works including all the features + oil and gas it needs.The machine was too big for my car. Pat arranged for someone to drop it off at my moms home, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. The guy who dropped off the machine was amazing !Overall it was a good and smooth experience.

Fantastic family run business. I own a house in Toronto on the Scarborough Bluffs so I have become an amateur landscaper due the nature of my backyard. Alpine has given me many tips and suggestions that have saved me time and money. The service and knowledge is incredible and Alpine always has time for in depth conversations regarding my lawn equipment. I needed an extension tube for my Stihl Blower Vac and instead of waiting for a delivery, Alpine took one off a new model in their showroom and gave me a fantastic price. If you have lawn equipment that you are not using, Alpine will sell at on consignment for a more than reasonable charge. Presently, Alpine is selling my Billy Goat Leaf Vacuum. In addition to great conversations, prices and service, when I visited Alpine on a Friday morning, they set up a table with complementary coffee and Quiche". Thank you Alpine."

I have been going to alpine for a few years now after being told I could get some odd equipment parts there. They usually get me what I need but sometimes they just try to brush me off. Many times they give me a hard time and say we don’t want to give you these parts. However this time the lady answering the phone was very rude and did not listen to my question then hung up in my face, it took me 5 calls for her to transfer me to parts just for parts to say no we can’t get you a carburetor then hang up. This is a very common part! Why the disrespect to a loyal customer? These guys seem to not appreciate their customers and treat them disrespectfully as many others in the reviews agree, this is happening a lot most likely. Just wanted to give a heads up to people that don’t want to waste their time with disrespectful people. Looking for a new lawn and garden equipment store now.

I just bought a Toro 60V snow blower at Alpine. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all me questions, except for a couple with certainties, for which they called Toro to clarify to make sure we had accurate information. The service was very good. They even assemble the unit for us. They went over the features and tips on how to care for the unit.I don't know if Home Depot would handle any warranty claim should the need arise, but Pat assured me they'll handle the claims if we need that.All in all, it was a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

The mechanic took a quick look and it was a kill switch on the grass clipping bag wasn't fully locked down. No charge. You have to stick to these guys. Honesty goes a long way.
