I am at Mountainash location. Its 9:20 am, and still no one here to serve customers. There is a line up, but post office still closed! This is ongoing. The lady never arrives in time!

I go to this Canada Post often and always have a pleasant experience. Easy to deal with staff, lots of parking. Good location for me to get in and out of. I ship about 200-300 packages a year and would highly recommend Canada Post and this location.

Very slow service, only one person is working. So, avoid to go there in rush hours. otherwise, you have to wait in line for long time.

Worst experience ever! First I waited so long in line. When my turn came, I had a return package to mail to the states. I had my paid return slip with me and the lady apparently did not scan my package, therefore it got lost and was not tracked. My package was worth almost $500. dumbasses

Today I was served by maninderpal. Honesty one of the best when it comes to Canada Post customer service. He very quickly gave me all my options, helped pack and I was off in less than 5 minutes. Considering there was a massive line up, he held up his end. He should come by the Canada Post closest to my house and train others in basic kindness and customer service. Thanks so much maninderpal.

The Indian guy who works here will purposely give you a hard time for the smallest stuff. Even if there’s 20 people in like he’ll still take his sweet time and play around on the computer while people wait. Your package will be in the back but not show as delivered on the app/website because he will scan it 10 minutes before they close. Absolutely ridiculous.
