When we were doing viewings, Kenny stood out to us as being exceptionally honest, hardworking, humble, and kind, and I'm so grateful he was there to help us ultimately close a deal on a downtown Waterfront condo. From the start, we felt very secure that he always acted with our best interests at heart. He made our urgencies his own urgencies: he accommodated us when we had a last minute viewing request on a Sunday when other realtors would not; his response time is for all intents and purposes instantaneous, morning or evening (even on *Canada Day*, he replied in 4 minutes to a random tax question I had, and I'm not even currently a customer), and he even pulled over while driving on the highway to look something up for me.He ended up driving a hard bargain and getting us a great deal. The condo we got was on the upper end of our budget, and Kenny helped us effectively communicate this to cut down on a lot of back-and-forth bargaining with the owner and scored us a nice discount. He also fought really hard to get the owner to do a bunch of repairs for us, and the one the owner turned down, Kenny took upon himself. This man deserves a medal. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Recommend him 1000%!
