By far hands down best customer service I have ever had in a phone store. Fernando was knowledgeable, found us so many savings, great with our daughter I can’t say enough great things. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!!! Will only go there from now on!!

I had a great experience at the Conestoga Bell store yesterday. I was going in to upgrade my phone. A lot of other places, you see the people inside staring at their phones or chatting when it’s not busy, but at Bell, the employees were right at the front of the store and greeted me right away and offered to help. They are always upfront smiling at and chatting with people, at least every time I’ve been in the mall. I ended up getting my upgrade at the store instead of online (even though it was a little cheaper online but it always is) because they were so great to deal with. Thanks!

Beware of this store.They charge fees for an upgrade on top of the one bell charges they try to make it seemLike it’s bell charging it.Here’s the interesting part.The manager at the location , quoted my mom 130 for an iPhone 11, which was advertised a lot lower on the bell app. She came home and told me that The manager told her, he can get the plan down to 105$ Or less if she pays 199.99 down and trades in her old phone. I find this odd as I advised her to order it online and she got a better deal without having to pay 199.99 or trade in. Sad that they would take advantage of person that doesn’t know much about phones. I don’t normally make reviews but my mom asked me to make this one to warn others who don’t know much. Do not visit this store unless you want to deal with sketchy managers.

My husband got me a new phone for Mother’s Day and we went to Bell Store in Conestoga Mall for some help as my sim from my old phone wouldn’t fit. There we met Juan Marin and I’m so glad we did! He was wonderful and was able to transfer my info, pics etc. He set up some apps and showed me how to get a new Apple ID. I have to say I was extremely impressed with his excellent customer service, intelligence and sense of humour. These days those characteristics are often lacking in the younger workforce. Juan is truly a customer service rock star and Bell is lucky to have such a professional young man on their staff. Thanks again!

I went in to get a new iPhone. The price was 140 a month for 24 months. The price on my bell mobility app was 66I left and went to another bell mobility store around the corner and was quoted 66 a month for the same phone.The guy at the second store was more helpful in picking a new.phone

These people are crooks...do your business and leave. Don't pay anything extra...those store is a scam

Best customer service ever, we dealt with Jocelyn who went above and beyond in trying to help us fix our account. She is very patient and took the time to explain all of our different options and answered all of our many many questions. Thank you so much Jocelyn for your outstanding customer service!

I went in to update my services and the customer service experience I received was superior!I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful agent by the name of Juan M, who more than went the extra mile to make sure I left completely satisfied. Juan is a very warm, friendly and approachable individual that will resolve any issues at hand with the utmost respect and professionalism. You can tell that Juan always goes above and beyond for his customers, and he actually cares.I highly recommend this location for all of your Bell needs! Go talk to Juan and he’ll make sure you are more than satisfied.

The service at the Waterloo Conestoga Mall location is terrible. I have been waiting for three weeks to get my phone back. It is being repaired under warranty. I have paid $500 under this warranty program. I phone and they tell me they will look into where it is and phone me back. They haven’t phoned back. I tried calling 4 times yesterday and they don’t answer the phone. I pay over $800 a month for all of our Bell services. Not happy with the service lately. This is the second problem in the last few months. You better hope Rogers doesn’t call

Melania did a fantastic job explaining to me what would be best for me. Had an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S7 with battery and headphone jack. She was very pleasant to speak to. Explaining an upgrade would be best and I believe I will indeed get an iPhone soon and switching from android to iPhone. I was very impressed. I called Bell contact center and was not given the service she gave me before I called. Way to go her and wanted to give kudos to her! Shes doing a great job! Cheers Bell!- Dan.
