This place used to be so efficient and the service used to be one of the best in town. Perhaps they’re getting too busy and overwhelmed, but the staff are quite rude and unfriendly now. They even misplaced my requisition sent in from my doctor, made me get out of a 20 minute line to call the doctor and then back in line for another 20 minutes only to find out from another employee that the requisition was filed in the drawer the entire time while my new requisition was sitting in the fax machine.

I'm always amazed how great the service is at Lifelabs Ancaster!! I can walk in to a waiting room full of people and before I know itmy name is being called. They are quick and efficient and excellent at what they do!!!

they were all very very kind! the lady i had was very understanding of my phobia of needles but managed to get my blood and ecg done quickly and easily. she made me feel very comfy and was so sweet! definitely recommend

I went to this life labs for bloodwork, and the person who did the blood draw was rude, even scoffing at me when I wasn’t sure if I already had an account with them to view results. Worst of all, she didn’t clean my skin prior to inserting the needle to draw the labs. This is not the usual protocol and is an infection risk.I will never come back to this location after this experience.

Daniella did a superb job taking blood from my daughter who struggles with 2 anxiety disorders. She took time to chat and be friendly to make my daughter feel at ease and explained patiently what would happen. She did this even though the office was quite busy and they were clearly swamped.

I love this place. Always have appointments available, and adhere to them as well. The people are kind, and caring. I have gotten blood drawn a couple of times, and neither times have I even felt the needle. The staff is always hustling to keep the line moving, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. On a very stormy snowy day, I had an appointment. I got a call at 9am, and they asked if I wanted to come early, or reschedule until after the storm. I loved the proactive approach.

My two year old has to be re-pricked because they did not process his bloodwork requisition properly. The staff here are very friendly and we came from out of town specifically for this reason as we wanted our child to have a good experience. The blood draw went well, however, from my perspective, missing an entire requisition page was very inconvenient and frustrating.

Staff is spectacular!!! I only go to this life lab for my tests. It’s unfortunate the parking space is shared with so many other businesses. Overall they are quick, kind and professional.

LifeLabs at 54 Wilson St W, Ancaster is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and caring, and I am always seen quickly without having to wait for a long period of time. Today, Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the test I was having done. Though there are other LifeLabs locations closer to me, I will always choose to come to this one. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I want to give thanks and praise to the hard-working staff at LifeLabs at 54 Wilson Avenue in Ancaster. I went there today for a blood test and arrived during the extremely busy lunch hour. The small place was packed and some people complained about the wait times. But my technician and the other staff took care of everyone quickly, and they were friendly, personable and very efficient. Thanks to everyone there. You do a great job.
