Slow store waited long time in queue and finally got my drink made wrong. Wasted 45 minutes for a coffee. Food was also below tims quality.

If you own a scooter don’t try and order threw drive thru. Was behind a guy and refused to serve him because he wasn’t in a car. I can understand walk ups but come on. So petty. I’ve seen them at the other Simcoe location go threw the drive thru without being hassled.

This place is a disgusting disgrace and Tim would be rolling in his grave. The health department needs to shut this franchise location down immediately. Absolutely the worst Tim Horton's location I have ever been too.

I went first to buy coffee and lunch, and I waited 40 minutes for my order, and in addition, it was also with pepper and very hotand without bread, while I was waiting, the coffee melted, so what do I have to pay for what money

I have never ever ever been let down by this Tim Hortons, its been there through the highs and lows. Service is almost always impeccable any time of the day/night. Location is beyond ideal.

Best location of Tim Horton. And the owner is spot on. Carrying about the customer. Only been there for a little bit but I felt that this is a location that is of service to me as a customer. Would definitely stop by again on my travels.

Asked for a toasted bagel. Got a raw bagel with 4 inches thick of crème cheese. I’m not sure if the staff are too lazy to toast a bagel or forgot but either way it’s a waste of food to not do orders correctly and a waste of everyone’s time including staff managers. If you want to ruin your day and waste your time getting your order fixed go to Tim’s. making your own bagel at home is much easier than getting your order fixed for something so simple as to just toast the bagel. This is especially disappointing because this Tim’s is usually better than most

Worst possible place to go for tim hortons. It should not take 30 minutes to go through a drive thru. waited for 20 mins just to get told they don’t have anything for what i would like. absolute terrible service, and would not recommend going here at all. if you want a tim hortons to ruin your day go here. if i could give negative stars i would!

Normally this place is great for service, today... not so much.I waited 20 minutes to get 2 donuts, 3 French vanilla and a water.There was 2 trainees on front counter and zero help from the back or drive-thru staff.Then I get home and the French vanilla's are like creamy water.Unreal.
