Sandy's Flowers

I've used Sandy's a number of times for Flowers, for various occasions and have never been disappointed. Sandy is pleasant on the phone and has offered same day delivery when I'm in a pinch. Her arrangements far exceed other shops we've ordered from!

I ordered flowers online a few days in advance. The website was great. The beautiful bouquet arrived on schedule.

I just want to say that Sandy's Flowers did not disappoint in the least. Two orders were placed this morning before 11 a.m. and both arrangements were delivered on the same day. Sandy's Flowers took the time to email a quick thanks and advise that the bouquets were on their way. This is my first time ordering from Sandy's Flowers but it won't be my last. The bouquets themselves are just beautiful. See for yourselves.

An order for a large (likely expensive) bouquet was made from overseas for my birthday in Nov 2018, here in Byron. It was a surprise, unbeknownst to me. However I was out all day. NO previous call or contact was made to my telephone or message machine. Bouquet was sent out early in the day, and left with my 94 yr old neighbour, respectfully, hard of hearing and living alone.When I arrived home after dark, there was a paper notice on my door citing that the flowers were left at with my neighbour. ( with NO indication of the sending florist), so I tried to contact my neighbour... no answer. She did not hear... after 3 attempts to contact her. (not her fault nor responsibility). She finally called me as she was off to bed and was a bit distressed about these flowers.At 10 PM that night, I finally got the fresh cut flowers after 8 -9 hours of them being out of water.Went to florist the next day, Flowers were not fresh, some dried out. (I had taken pictures). I had only at this time, found out the identity of the sender, whom I contacted with a photo of the flowers. He was irate and told me he would be seeking compensation for merchandise

This shop gets 5 stars because that is what I received, 5 star service and flowers that are fresh and in the colour combination that I asked for. They arrived when requested and are stunning.

Just picked up the flowers for my daughters graduation and they are absolutely beautiful .. it was great service and priced . Would recommend for all occasions ,

I am not from Ontario. I used others in the past but this store beats others in quality and prompt service.I recommend this store.
