Staff is very polite. Employee went beyond expectations to make sure the pizza was not missing any ingredients and when he checked there was a new sauce missing on the pizza. He made sure we would not leave disappointed.

Great food with many options for those who have dietary restrictions! This location also has 10/10 costumer services! There was a tiny mistake with my order (first time out of the many many many times ive ordered) they owned thier mistake and fixed it + some extra!

I ordered BBQ chicken pizza without bacon, the tag on the pizza box says no bacon, but they put bacon. At the payout the staff confirmed that there is no bacon. I do not eat bacon for religious reasons. The staff needs to pay attention to the orders and they need training. Wreck my Super Bowl dinner. very upsetting...

First off, I have been a veteran customer of Panago. It has been my favourite pizza chain despite the expensive prices. I have been ordering ever since the early years of business expansion; back when the stores still served seafood pizza. Recently ordering from their location from Middlegate, Burnaby, I had a very unpleasant experience. I made an order of two pizzas (1 Chipotle Chicken, and one Meats Pizza). As expected, the Chipotle Chicken was good as always. Unfortunately, the all meat flavour was a disaster. After taken a bite of my second slice, I bit into something sharp that scratched my throat. To my discovery, there was a sharp fingernail-like object clogging my throat. To make matters worse, I had trouble coughing and breathing when the unknown object was stuck in my throat. I know Panago quality has always been up to par and this is my first time stumbling upon such a situation. It was really disgusting and I definitely would not order from this location anymore. You are better off ordering from the Collingwood location beside Safeway. They have much better food quality and service.

The place is sparkling clean for a pizza place. I am very impressed. It is very accessible and quiet too. I just waited 10mins to get my freshly baked pizza.

When I ordered ,after 1 hour i callingTo follow up because they said it takes 35 min only, then they said there isn’t any order with my number!!!! And i can order again if i want and also it takes 40 min!!! Its really a shame
