After multiple bad experiences its time to leave a review. I was so hopeful when stallion express came to town. They seemed to be better than chit chats and even offered to pick up my packages for free, till they made some mistakes and when I asked them about the one below they told me they wouldn't be doing the free pick ups anymore.They forgot to scan a $500 large package leaving me to think they hadn't received it. Turns out their warehouse guy missed" scanning it. Luckily it got scanned by usps. But when usps scores higher on accuracy than you

I will give 0 star to Stallion Express in Richmond location, especially for the logistic manager. This guys always pose like a god, do customers owe him billions dollars or something? You have no right to treat customer in such a rude way.Have worked in e-commerce industry for 6 years and be the customer for Stallion express for 2 weeks since our new branch located nearby.They also have some ridiculous charge policies that deducted credits from your account which they imputed to FedEx or UPS, but can’t give the document evidence from FedEx or UPS.I won’t recommend this Express company to anyone! Terrible experience ever！
