Alex does absolutely stunning work. If you’re thinking of getting a tattoo it’s well worth the wait! I have had lots of work done and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Been going to see Alex @ AJR Tattoo since 2009 for all my tattoos. Always professional, courteous, clean and friendly. He is always evolving for the better as an artist and his growth as a local business person is inspiring. I recommend AJR Tattoo to anyone that asks about tattoos and the constant compliments on my work are thanks to him. Thanks guys!

We went in beginning of March to give the sketch idea. We booked our appointment for April 9 2017.Tatoo sketch session was supposed to be end of March.1. Tattoo sketch session got CANCELLED without notification until we asked.2. April 9th tattoo date got CANCELLED without notification until we asked.3. So now, its May next week. We confirmed with the artist 2 TIMES that the 30th this Sunday we are getting tattooed.He tells us last minute today- we asked first: that he got fired and could not uphold the appointment yet again.We shifted around 3 WEEKENDS of our time to accommodate him. How can a tattoo studio like this run by treating their clients like this?I feel so powerless and upset about this whole situation. Please do not go to this studio if unless you wanted to get treated like second class citizens.We personally feel like we were taken advantage of for being nice and submissive" asian girls

I went to Alex for my first tattoo and he was extremely professional and helped me through the entire process. I told him want I wanted and he came up with a design that was beyond anything I could imagine. The entire process was relaxed and made me feel very comfortable.

Booked an appointment in March and never ended up getting it after 3 cancelled appointments. Thanks to a very unorganized apprentice and a tattoo shop owner that never offered an apology or acknowledgement of his client in a database even though he was present at the initial appointment.. very alarming and definitely did not get treated well let alone valued" as clients...in fact I didn't even exist in there database..EDIT: 3 years later they replied me

Wouldn't get my first tattoo done by anyone else, hopefully bookings will start up again
