Mind Games Scarborough

Bought a rubix cube as a present. Attempted to return it less than an hour after I bought it. It wasn’t opened or damaged. I was declined off the reasons of “ we can’t accept toys returned incase you play with them and return them after”. The box wasn’t opened and I bought it less than an hour earlier. After arguing I got store credit which is a joke. Not happy with that policy. Cool store to look at but overpriced.

Poor experience: Substandard product at inflated price, extremely disappointing customer service. Not worth the money. I am never visiting this place again ever again

2022 July 4★Previously the Disney store about a year or two back, this store is fairly big for a games store.With that in mind, there's lots of selection to choose from, lots of interesting items and you can certainly end up spending a good amount of time inside the store. Here you'll find board games, a bit of magic items, card games, adult games, novelty games, figures, transformers, swords, etc.Staff seem pleasant. Sales are so so. Though the fact they might have what your looking for, this could be a good stop.Cool to check out.

Exceptionally poor customer service. I recently purchased 3 games as 2022 Christmas presents. I wrote to Mind Games to ask if the company’s standard 1 week return policy was extended for Christmas presents. Not having received a reply after 2 weeks I wrote a second email requesting information about the Christmas gift return policy. This 2nd email was also ignored. Needless to say, Mind Games will never receive another dollar from me. They have lost a new and future customer. There are many retail businesses that sell board games and in the future I will always go to Mind Games competitors. Mind Games does not care about either customer service or customer retention.

Good selection of games, puzzles, and model kits, but pricey. Also, the store is dim, not well lit, and manager is not friendly/approachable.

Whatever you do don't buy the mystery box, nothing but garbage in it. 34.99 bucks for 2 broken Keychain,1 fidget, 3 fidget bubble pop things,1 tiny Halloween plush which was the only nice thing in the box, oh and an edge Rubix which is the one line in the cube. Does this sound worth it. Geez at least put 1 funko pop or something for that price. Never again will I go to this store there's plenty of other places to go.

there is a lot of outrageously overpriced store in this mall, but mindgames takes the scammer gold medal. whoever prices things at this company must be out of the mind and should consider selling the company. they price funko pops by how popular they think they are instead of the MSRP like idk GAMESTOP 10 SECONDS AWAY. absolute garbage selection of toys and everything is at a huge mark up. no employee at the counter, just 1 at the front door who doesnt even look like an employee. 50 dollars for a toy that they had at gamestop for 13.99 + tax. i wondered why the store didnt have any actual customers or employees but its clear the nut jobs that run the place dont plan on selling anything.

Lots of games selections. Fun place for the kids to stop by. It is inside the Scarborough town center so parking is not a problem. Price depend on the kind of game. Staff are helpful. You can easily get a gift for young and adults who like games.

Great customer service from one girl, she was insightful and sold me on the product. I was not really going in to buy, but I spent around $70... I should of asked her for her number, she had beautiful eyes but the mask, it was sad to see another face covered.

Lots of variety and great fun for the whole family. Prices are relatively fair, they have everything from funko pop figurines to lego to educational toys as well. Staff are usually very knowledgeable and quite friendly. Think of it like Toys R" Us meets Mastermind Toys meets Gamestop's toys section."
