We recently purchased a hot tub from Mark at MDH Services and are very happy that we did. From sale to delivery Marks team was very knowledgeable and professional. As first time hot tub owners we really did not know what we were doing but anytime we need help mark always answers his phone and helps us with any questions we have. I would recommend MDH Services to anyone looking for a hot tub or service.

MDH sold and installed a H2O Canyon hot tub for us in late October. MDH who serviced our 2012 Dimension One hot tub for the last 7 years gave us a good trade on the old tub. MDH supplied the tub on time and budget. Their installation crew did a great job. They even gave me a hand putting the chain link fence back up. I would recommend this company for a new Hot Tub or for Hot Maintenance.

I purchased a new tub from MDH last summer. Mark and his team were exceptionally helpful in navigating the process to ensure proper delivery and installation. Very smooth transaction, great personalized service, everything came with the Tub as promised, no last minute up sales or surprises...I ordered an H2O Spa through Marc at MDH Services. Marc is extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answers all my questions. The installation crew was also fantastic, efficient, polite and knowledgeable as well. With my startup package I received clear start up instructions from one of the crew member, which was extremely appreciated considering this was my first Tub.Amazing after sale support as well - I had the Tub for over a month now and Marc called me multiple times to make sure all was good and answer any questions a may have.I would definitely recommend MDH Services.

Have used MDH Services several times for hot tub issues. Outstanding experience each time. Mark and staff a pleasure to deal with. Honest, competent, prompt, polite, reliable good old fashioned service. Never in a hurry to collect payment, want to know that all is satisfactory before sending bill. No gouging, no BS, excellent service at reasonable price.

We had a problem with one of our panels on the front of the hot tub. Trying to get it replaced has been a task with next to no communication from MDH. I have sent many emails and called multiple times. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have a spa berry and was having issues and MDH Services was recommended. It was easy to arrange a service call, and when the technician (Kelvin) came to the house, he diagnosed the problem in 1min (bad pump), had available spare parts in his work vehicle, and the hot tub was fixed within the hour. I would definitely recommend MDH Services.

Having a serious pump problem so called them last week. Would’ve loved to use their services but they stopped answering me on Friday and are just reading my messages requesting a booking and not responding lol ???
