I wouldn't even give this company 1 star because they are not concerned about customer relations. We went to the store in early April to get a quote on replacing windows in our home. We left our name and telephone number and waited for a call. After nearly 2 weeks we had to call. We were told that the message would be forwarded and that someone would call us back with a quote. We waited 4 more days and received a call back. We made a date and time for someone to come to our home to do the quote. The day and time came and we waited. After an hour we called the person and he had no clue who we were. Again we told him that he was scheduled to come to our home to give us a quote. It was told to us that he had no idea and that they were not doing at home quotes due to Covid 19. He then said that he would send us a quote via email. How this is done without measuring the windows, I do not know. This was well over 2 weeks ago and we still have not received a quote.We have contacted another company that called us back within an hour and is coming to our home to give us a quote within a week of contacting them!I would not consider this company after this for a single thing. Obviously they do not care about potential customers and referrals!

The staff person (Dave) was very knowledgeable, patient and kind helping me purchase suitable eavstroughing items (elbow and extension) for my home. Everything worked perfectly and was reasonably priced. Thank you!

Excellent building supply retailer. They are a textbook case for buying local: friendly staff, great selection, well-organized, community-minded ownership.It should be noted that at the time of writing, this location (as are other businesses on this stretch of road) is hugely impacted by the temporary closure of the Warsaw Road bridge until spring 2021. Regular customers, however, will continue taking the extra time to get here because it makes sense to support local businesses-- especially when they are heavily invested in local communities.Highly recommended. Support local business!

Great well stocked building centre. Alf has turned over to family members and they are doing fine job. I have dealt here since the 80s and still get great service and pricing.

I called them a couple of days ago, called back today as NO one called me- the secretary was laughable, you’re on the list- no customer service skills at all! Someone finally called me back, and I can assure you, this is the last company on earth I’d want to do the job. The phone call was a complete waste of my time, and energy. You definitely lost my business today, but, you didn’t really want it to begin with. I know when I’m being brushed off. You maybe busy now, because you told me how busy you are- but remember, when times are tough - you may want to reconsider how you speak to potential customers. Arrogant, condescending and no customer skills what so ever! I’m more than happy to hand my large job to someone else! Oh, and they’re coming to quote- not oh we’ll call you in a couple of weeks, maybe. Don’t waste your time on this one.

Friendly and easy to deal with! Spent many of thousands here over the years and always best bang for buck for not only quality but overall price! Cannot purchase my top of line siding for a better price elsewhere!

When I went in to order a door staff treated me like I was an annoyance. Ordered $5000 door. Went in today to buy hardware and again was treated completely rude. Asked for help and didn't get any. Never have I experienced such rude entitled employees in a retail environment. Wish I hadn't spent a penny there. AVOID!!!
