I am having a battle with this truly poor company. I paid over $5000 for a new floor - supposedly indestructible vinyl plank flooring. Two months after installation, one of the planks cracked and chipped. It looks terrible. Renorama is blaming the product, the product people are blaming poor installation on the part of Renorama, (they installed the tile on a floor that wasn't flush) and I am left with a brand new floor with an unsightly crack that they refuse to fix. Sadly we are going to have to pursue this matter in small claims court.

He not only took the time to listen to what type of floor I wanted but went above and beyond with educating me. From the selection process right to the installation, Mahdis knowledge was remarkable. He was professional and honest through the whole experience. The Renorama carries a large variety of flooring options, no matter what flooring or colour you're looking for. I couldn't be happier with my luxury vinyl purchase and the service received. I will definitely be returning for all my flooring needs in the near future.

I purchased two area rugs from Mahdi. He was very knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process, from common sizes, to which designs compliment my current space. The selection of area rugs was also unrivaled. They have a large selection of premium area rugs at reasonable prices.Highly recommend!!

Great experience overall. Its a one of the few stores that let me take samples of vinyl planks home. That was a big help as i needed to see what it looks like with my finishes. Dealt with Michael, Mahdi, Hussein and delivery guy super" Mario - awesome customer service.Called few other suppliers to compare the pricing for the vinyl and renorama gave me competitive quote.I do recommend this store."

I got a great price on some excellent engineered hardwood for my new condo. Dealing with Mahdi in store was easy - he knows his stuff and worked hard to make the deal work for me. In addition, Mahdi was able to secure a really good installer. Hussein was experienced and knowledgeable. He showed up when he was supposed to and did a great job on the install. Would recommend The Renorama.
