Very big and lots of stuff... friendly staff... very busy. Prices were not too bad but not great either.

If you take time to look carefully, there are things priced reasonably, just like the item in the pictures.Overall this store is really expensive, don't even know how much money actually goes to Charity" considering that they get all their things free!!!They have lots of stuff for sale with prices that you can BUY CHEAPER ELSEWHERE AND IT'S BRAND NEW!!!Better to donate to privately owned stores

Donation drive thru is simple. Enjoy the coupons they provide for donating; however, the prices in general are not as good as they used to be. Selection is still diverse and plentiful.

This has to be the most overstocked Value Village I've ever seen, but here's the deal, it's all really neat and organized. We found it a little overwhelming but if you know how much product there is going in, it may calm the nerves! The staff were very pleasant and hardworking. It didn't take much time to get through the register, and of course Tuesday is seniors day with 30% off. Parking is a wee bit tricky but one trip around the parking lot did the trick. Amazing experience, if you are a thrift store junkie (we confess,) you definitely want to check this out.

Great place to shop but have just kept on moving prices up and up. If it was supporting charity then I’d be all for it. But they are owned by an American conglomerate. Please donate your stuff to a proper thrift store

This is unacceptable. I have been shopping at Value Village for almost a decade and today was a complete disaster. I found an item that was only two dollars and was ready to purchase it, but before I could even make the transaction, a staff member rudely yanked it out of my hand and charged me an absurd amount of money, a whopping 1250% more than what the item was worth! When I asked why they did this, they nonchalantly stated that it's their policy to change the price if it's not fitting. It's not like I was trying to haggle or anything, I was simply trying to buy something I liked without breaking the bank.Another shopper beside me had the exact same issue. She wanted to buy a picture, but the staff decided to take the item away and upcharge her as well. As someone who is still in school and doesn't have a lot of money, I find this type of behavior and greed to be absolutely appalling. What's the point of shopping at a store where the staff abuses their power and overcharges customers? Even worse, Value Village claims to be a non-profit organization, yet they're willing to upcharge 1250% just to make a quick buck.I urge everyone to stay away from this store and stop donating to them. They don't deserve our support and hard-earned money. It's a shame that I've been shopping here for so long, only to be treated with disrespect and taken advantage of when all I wanted to do was purchase affordable goods. This image is the person next to me getting an upcharge by the staff

I went to buy men's clothing. There's a large numbers of choices available. Yes, prices have increased a lots over the years. It's not that cheap anymore. But on a senior discount Tuesday, it's still a good deal for me. I have bought enough for the next 6 months. This is good..

I needed a VCR to finally convert some old family videos to digital format. I looked in Craigslist and FB Marketplace and didn't see anything I liked. Poking around here I found a dual DVD & VHS unit for a really good price. I asked the staff about the No exchange" label on the price tag if the machine is defective. They told me I can bring it back for exchange within 2 days. Sure enough I tested it at home right away and found the buttons didn't work. I was back at VV within the hour. No problem with exchanging it with another one for a few dollars more. And the second unit was good."

One of my favourite locations. Always a great selection of books for kids and adults. Seem to find good DVDs there quite often too. I always make sure to inspect the clothing though, as I'm surprised by some of what they're selling (rips/holes).The staff at donations is always great, but they aren't very accessible on the floor. Really dislike how it's all self-checkouts now, although having the option is nice. The women's bathroom has been absolutely disgusting on more than one occasion. Nevertheless, I try to manage expectations at a second-hand store, so I'll give it a 3.

Honestly I'm jist disappointed in how expensive things are at Value Village. When I was younger it was much more affordable. Some of the items are wildly overpriced for what they are or their level of used""
