My name is Dan and I recently went to the store on 333 Mountainview Rd south Georgetown. I had the privilege of meeting Andrew who is the guy!!! Andrew knows everything about water systems. He helped me find the right product for my budget. Andrew also installed the system and did an amazing job. I highly recommend the Water Store in Georgetown.

We called The Water Store in Georgetown to come and fix our water softener. When I opened the door to (Andrew the owner), I was surprised that he was not wearing a mask - please note that I was. He went straight to the basement and came up a few mins later to tell me that he had to go get something. I made sure I kept a safe distance away from him as I was not sure what to say about the no mask. 14 years ago I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that attacks all my airways. When I get a cold I normally end up on oxygen in the hospital for a week or more. In order to have a life as close to normally as possible, I work from home and try and take as much precautions as possible, but sometimes I slip. I should have told him before he entered to put a mask on, but I was caught completely off guard. Before he came back my husband returned home from work, when I told him about the no mask, he was surprised and told me he would ask him to put one on. When Andrew came back my husband asked him to put a mask on and he told him he does not wear a mask, my husband asked what do you do when you go into a store - he said he does not wear one. My husband told him about my disease - he still would not wear a mask. I have never had someone be so rude and inconsiderate, this man literally didn't care less if I live or die. Needless to say we would never call him again. So please be prepared to have this man show up without a mask, as he does not care about you or your families safety.

**Edit** owner refused to wear a mask in my parents home after my dad told him that my mom has a extremely rare immune disease.There is a few other water stores in Georgetown that do great work and are super friendly, I think everyone should take their business elsewhere.

This place is great . I have trouble carrying the filled jugs but every time I get water there is always someone who is willing to carry them to my car. Love that you got a auto door opener now . Makes my visits more manageable. Great service!

The owner of the Water Store in Georgetown (Andrew) came to fix my parents water softener and refused to put on a mask when my dad informed him that my mom is immune compromised and that even a common cold will put her on oxygen/in the hospital. Buy your water from someone that isn't ignorant. Here's a thought - If you're an anti-masker, why don't you send someone else for house calls? Who in their right mind would want someone in their house right now without a mask on, immune compromised or not. A little common sense can go a long way.

His whole staff was great from the time my husband and I went to the store we were greeted well, booking An appointment for installation was smooth and easy. Andrew installed a GRO-75 reverse osmosis system in our home, he was very knowledgable and helped me understand water quality. I love our new system and the taste of our water.Thank you Pure Wave
