Everything looked so good in the pictures. We got tempura veggies, chicken karaage, beef bulgogi and 3 different sushis. There was only 6 pieces of tempura veggies for 13$. The karaage tasted like cheap popcorn chicken and the serving was really small. The sushis were meh and the beef was okay. It cost us 90$ (with taxes, delivery and tip) and after tonight's disappointment, we won't be ordering from there again. Overpriced.

Had the spicy tonkotsu ramen and it was very very good. It reminded me of my trip to Japan. The take out bowl had the noodles separated so they remained fresh. There was also a good amount of pork in it. Would recommend.

Amazing sushi. Fresh ingredients and man the rolls are BIG!. Lots of great flavours. This place is just one of the best sushi restaurants I've been to in Ontario, and I've been to a few.Buy it! Eat it! Love it!

Very good food and nice and friendly staff.Ramen was tasting very good. :)It's a very small restaurant, so you may need to wait a little to have a seat.

This wasn’t my first visit but first time doing take-out. I have enjoyed my food in previous visits when I’ve dined-in but unfortunately this meal fell flat. The dishes were very fishy, yes they are fish-based dishes, duh! But I eat sushi regularly and have an expected level of how fishy it will be, this meal definitely exceeded that. I have had their poke before and really enjoyed it and did not feel this way about it the last time. The udon noodles were also pretty lacklustre.

The only one star is for the yakibuta (marinated pork); they are thick and tastes good. Kame might be a very good restaurant three years ago, but it isn't now. If I'm paying $26 for a bowl of ramen, I would expect to receive a bowl of ramen that look like at least the one in picture 2.The egg was neither soft-boiled nor cooked in soyo sauce (just half of a boiled egg), and it was cold! What?! There were only very little vegetables in the bowl--some corns, two pieces of baby bok choy, and a little bit bean sprouts. The noodles was not Japanese ramen noodles but similar to egg noodles sold in grocery stores.I would suggest Kame not to treat customers as someone rich and hasn't had ramen before. We know what we are expecting for a bowl of Japanese ramen. So disappointed.

We got the takoyaki balls and the sushi sampler to start. The takoyaki balls were perfectly cooked with a soft melt-in-your-mouth centre and a slightly crispy exterior. The sushi sampler comes with 5 pieces of nigiri sushi. The fish used were pretty standard - cuttlefish, tuna, salmon, shrimp, and mackerel. The sushi had adequate amounts of rice and the fish was covered in a light marinade. Overall, the dish was fresh and I enjoyed each piece.

We had the assorted sashimi rice bowl (#47) and the miso ramen. There was a good assortment of sashimi in the rice bowl and it tasted fresh. Initially I was concerned the ramen would be soggy by the time we got the food home. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food packaging that kept the noodles separate from the soup until you’re ready to eat. Clearly this is a restaurant that takes pride in their food and cares about the customer experience.

On our way through the Kingston supercharger we had the pleasant surprise to find this small Izakaya and are very glad we did. Service was very friendly and efficient. The ramen was delicious, and the spicy variants had just the right amount of heat. The noodles had a nice bite to them. We did not notice their new black garlic ramen until after we ordered, but will try it out next time. Takoyaki were flavorful and creamy once bitten into. Sushi was good, but we were here for the tonkotsu ! Will definitely return.
