We bought a new CR-V at Welland Honda about a month ago, and we love it.Nico (sales) was amazing! He helped us so much with the purchase and walked us through everything. He didn't pressure us, and was incredibly patient. He answered all our questions and was super friendly. We appreciated it so much.Brian (Finance) was really great, too. He explained everything very clearly and made the process really simple.Definitely would recommend!!

I recently purchased my first car (a 2016 Toyota RAV4) from Welland Honda and the staff and service were amazing. My sales advisor Chris was super friendly, funny, and personable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Chris was very knowledgeable and made sure that I knew how to use the features in the car before I drove it off the lot. He also ensured that new brakes, tires, and a new windshield were installed before pickup. I will definitely be going back to Chris for help in the future! The finance manager Kyle was also great to deal with and made the process simple and stress free.

I had a fantastic experience with Welland Honda, they made the transition of trading my old vehicle in for my dream vehicle. Wyatt was quick and efficient and even made a day earlier exchange happen on such short notice. Brian had gifted my 2 year old daughter a stuffy and brought coloring books and crayons in to assist my busy bee while we went through details, both Wyatt and Brian stayed passed hours during the swap and Wyatt assisted me transferring all my items from vehicle to vehicle.

Additionally, Armando, the manager, was pleasant and offered me a great trade in price. Brian, the finance manager, provided detailed explanations of the vehicle’s policies and terms, which proved to ve very helpful. Overall, my experience with Welland Honda was excellent.

We have been in the market for a second vehicle and I was delighted by the service I received from Nico. He was such a gem to deal with, didn't use some of those uncomfortable sale pitches, and felt taken care of as a client. Honestly it can be hard shopping for vehicles as a woman because some sales people just talk down to you or choose to ignore you and speak to the male non-buyer spouse. Nico was fabulous.Brian in finance was also a standup guy who took the time to explain the various options and worked with me to find the best options to keep the payments within my comfort level.I would recommend Welland Honda for anyone in the market for a no BS approach to car buying. Specifically I recommend dealing with Nico and Brian- amazing service!

Just purchased brand new Honda. I am extremely satisfied with this dealership. Nikhil my salesperson was easy to deal with and very friendly and knowledgeable,going above and beyond to answer my all questions i had. Also his manager Armando was nice and offered me great price for my trade in. My husband and I purchased a 2023 CRV in the Spring from Welland Honda and it was a wonderful experience. Nico was our sales person and he was a joy to work with. He was informative and never pushy. He went out of his way to find us the vehicle that we wanted. Brian in financing made the process very simple as well. We much appreciated the kind and thorough service. We will return when we need another Honda. We also highly recommend the Service Department, especially Mark. My first impression of Welland Honda was that it was a clean, organized and well run business. The staff were friendly, attentive and listened before speaking. I would feel very comfortable buying my next vehicle from them and getting my CRV serviced there. Check them out for yourself but I would highly recommend this dealership.

My son just bought his first car.It was a Honda Civic from Welland Honda.His salesperson was Wyatt.What a great experience. Wyatt was professional, and thorough and made this the best possible experience for my son.I would definitely recommend Wyatt and would buy from him again.
