We were first time home buyers, so we appreciated that Jon and Cheryl took the time during our initial meeting to walk us though the complicated Toronto market, explain the process and provided us with lot of resources to aid in our search. They are both lovely and kind people, which made the many house viewings and late night negotiations not as painful as it could have been. They were super professional and quick to respond to any inquiries and backed up all their suggestions with data and market analysis. They also were very helpful with identifying benefits and flaws in the home inspections. With their help and guidance, we wound up purchasing a home that we love and are very happy with!

Now when I tell you that Cheryl and Jon offer a full service solution, I truly mean it! I was utterly impressed from the first moment I met them and continue to be wowed by them even after our home has been sold.I was selling a home that had extreme sentimental value to me and there were a lot of anxieties I was grappling with putting it on the market. Can I give 50 stars?? MY GOODNESS! Cheryl and Jon are an absolute dream team. I had massive amounts of anxiety and never sold property before. Cheryl and Jon were so thorough, so detail oriented, so knowledgeable, so professional, so thoughtful, so EVERYTHING. I felt supported and calm during the entire process. I literally didn’t have to do anything other than hand over keys. They even brought boxes, tap and wrapping paper. The details and special touches during the whole process were mind blowing. The marketing and staging was so on point, I actually considered not leaving (which is hilarious since I had sting feelings about selling my property). Honestly, there would be no one else I would trust with any home transactions and the entire process was actually fun. I ENJOYED SELLING MY HOME. Is that even a thing? Yes, it is with Cheryl and Jon. They are the most incredible people, professional and personally. If you are looking for the right people to help you with buying/selling. It is them. I wish they offered services for manage all of life’s big moments. Can I request this? You sold my home too quick and I’m not ready to let you guys go. Actually.

Jon and Cheryl make a great team. Their knowledge of the Toronto/GTA market enables them to provide great insight into the various properties and neighbourhoods.
