Just horrible. Do not use. Over priced! Can’t reach them and they screen your call. Did not diagnose my washing machine right fixed the hose and then told me it would cost 700 more to fix the real problem. Would never use this company and suggest you don’t either. Have to get another company to fix the washer now.

I've used their service twice. The first time it was great. They helped me with a squeaky dryer drum. The second time was pretty much a headache. Took four visits to finally get the dryer motor replaced and now it won't spin if it's a full load. Called to get them back and was going to charge another visit. Asked for explanation, was told he was just a dispatch" and to e-mail the manager. I e-mailed a few weeks ago and heard nothing. Disappointed because the first tech that came out was super nice."

Brilliant service. Our washer started leaking. They came to look at it within a couple of days and diagnosed the problem straight away which was minor, meaning I only had to pay the call-out fee. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

Sam was great, here in a prompt manner and assessed the situation. Unfortunately the dishwasher had some major issues. Justin gave me all the options and recommendations for my review. I will certainly use their services for all my repairs. They are fast and courteous.

Still waiting one month in to their service. Came out once charged me for a part and have not returned to complete job. Numerous calls and text to owners and managers to no avail. It is very difficult to talk to a human to help you out.Very poor service and company.Stay away.

The light was not working on the microwave. Tried to sort it out at home by my self but didn’t manage. Called this company and the technician arrived and fixed the issue within seconds. Recommended!

Call Center rep was very rude, wouldn’t accommodate changing appointment time, threatened to send a collection agency after us if we cancelled our appointment, their cancellation fee was higher than the service call fee. Please find someone else to help you. Overall just a brutal experience. Zero customer service skills. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company.

Got my oven fixed today and it took no time at all. Tech was friendly, and helpful and only laughed at my attempt at trying to repair it myself. I would definitely recommend them, for such an easy-going service!

I will start by saying that I typically do not leave reviews. I am leaving one today because of how horrible the customer service has been from start to finish.Service Tech performed repairs without approval and then demanded payment, would not leave the house when asked to and was very threatening to my renters. The police were called but he finally left before they arrived.I was immediately told I was being sent to collections without even an explanation of repairs done or an apology for the service technicians behavior.The Quality Control Manager that was to look into the issue did absolutely nothing. He would only communicate through email and even then I had to ask for follow up 3 times before a response. A total of 4 weeks past by before I received a call from the QC Manager's assistant, who had no authority to deal with anything. When I asked to speak to someone that was in a management capacity I was told that was not a possibility.I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and service that I received and I encourage anyone reading this to find a local repair man that takes pride in their work and will treat you with respect.

The technician arrived at the agreed time with his own tools. He was polite and nice to talk to. Repaired the dishwashing machine, the heating element was broken. The prices are all excellent. I recommend the company.
